Beware - Headline Quotations
Richard completely wasted my time. The headline quote I received through Leaseloco stated one upfront payment, followed by 'x' monthly payments over 48 months. However, when I submitted an enquiry for the vehicle, he told me that the lender required two upfront payments instead. This is a clear case of misleading informationâpresenting lower headline quotes to attract attention and drive traffic is, to put it mildly, ethically questionable.

Having spent 35 years working as a motoring journalist and public relations consultant for vehicle makers like Nissan, Saab, Seat and Volvo; car rental and leasing firms such as Avis and Hertz and road, rail and shipping logistics providers such as Richard Lawson Autologistics and Wallenius Wilhelmsen, I can attest to what great customer service in this sector should look like.
Too many personal car leasing firms promise the earth, but are pitiful when it comes to delivering on their promises. Gateway2lease is an exception to the norm.
Gateway2Lease stands out for being open, honest and transparent about the information it provides its customers.
Praise to Olivia Long, Tanya Leeson and Lewis Millership at Gateway2Lease on their customer service. Any niggles were quickly and satisfactorily sorted â thank you Tanya for your leadership on this.
A special mention goes to Lewis Millership for his outstanding service in keeping us up to date on a daily basis. He was quick to respond to enquiries and kept us abreast of what was happening on delivery date of our Nissan Juke. And he did it with a smile. It was a pleasure dealing with him.

Called on the 10th to discuss a new business lease. Due to circumstances needed to query situation with finance company before proceeding to application. Was told by the salesman that they would speak to finance company and call me back in an hour.

Great service throughout the process
Iâd recommend Gateway 2 Lease to anyone â they were very competitive on price for the vehicle I wanted and went above and beyond to ensure the whole process went as smoothly as possible.
Sam was helpful throughout â always answered my questions promptly and chased the dealership for updates on the timeline for my vehicle as and when I needed them.
Even after the vehicle was delivered, Sam still sorted a couple of issues for me. One being that the car turned up really dirty, and a missing cup holder from the car â Sam sorted these promptly with the dealership to get these issues resolved for me.
Iâve used a couple of different leasing companies before for my previous vehicles and as soon as you place your order and they have your money, they are difficult to get hold of or any help from, which is where Gateway 2 Lease are different from their competition.
