I ordered some SFPs that I needed urgently next day.
Sadly the chosen carrier didn't fulfil their next day delivery, but I got an apology email from GBICS without having to say a word. It's this kind of attention to detail in customer service that will make me come back again.

I had to cancel my order due to no longer needing the product and they did so very easily even through the Live Chat function on the website and, no questions asked cancelled the order and refunded the money onto my card. Thank you very much.
