Initially 4 stars, as one of the despatched items was incorrect.
But they get this back for their Customer Services who immediately despatched a replacement and provided a Freepost return for the incorrect item.

This is the second time I dealt with them and their service is impeccable.
I used to buy from China but i can get most of what I want, from GBIC's without the extra postage delay or custom duty but at a similar price.

These guys saved my bacon
These guys saved my bacon, was in the middle of a Data Center deployment for a managed services customer with a handful of incompatible GBICs for my intel cards - these guys shipped pre 1pm for the following day, and when the DC refused the package, they even send another courier out to meet me at the DC with the right parts - installed, configured, job done - would rate them highly for assistance, expedience and helping me out of a hole!

As I first time user of gbics.com I found the website very user friendly and was able to search by both brand and product code.
Payment was quick and easy.
I was kept up to date with my delivery process. Which was also very quick which is important to me.

Good Service - Would Definitely Use Again
Great first experience with GBICS. Slight delay with Courier (not fault of GBICS) but Stacy chased before I was even aware and kept me up to date which was great.
Item arrived and as described and worked first time. Would definitely use again.

Amazing!
We placed the order based on an urgent requirement for our DC.
Not only did we get next day delivery at 3:30pm but it was free.
I did a webchat with them to confirm that everything was in order and they confirmed it was along with tracking details.
The website was really easy to use and the search function matched up my part codes.
Would recommend to everyone and definitely use them for all future requirements.
