GB Vehicle Leasing レビュー

I recently leased a car through this company and had an absolutely outstanding experience from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, professional, and incredibly customer-focused.
I want to give a special mention to Naomi Bird and Eliza Hilton, who were both phenomenal throughout the entire journey. Naomi was my first point of contact, and she immediately put me at ease with her knowledgeable, friendly, and no-pressure approach. She answered all my questions promptly and provided clear, transparent information that helped me feel confident in my decision.
Eliza then stepped in to guide me through the rest of the process, ensuring everything stayed on track and that I was kept informed at every stage. Her attention to detail and proactive communication made what could have been a complex experience feel simple and stress-free.
Together, Naomi and Eliza delivered a level of service that far exceeded my expectations. They were not only professional and efficient but also genuinely pleasant to work with. It's rare to come across a team that combines great product knowledge with such a personal touch.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering leasing a vehicle. Thanks to Naomi and Eliza, I’ll definitely be coming back for my next lease.

Thanks to Paul who provided very efficient and high quality service. From providing the quotation to actually signed the agreement in less than a day. Well done Paul.

Having doubts about lease hire ,spoke to Paul Mondal @ GB Vehicle Leasing hire and all my doubts & concerns were rectified and his service was 100% & now we are leasing a Brand new BYD.. A credit to the company.

I spoke to Paul on several occasions whilst looking for a lease car. Ultimately I bought a 2nd hand car elsewhere as it’s really a stop gap car for the next year or so.
However Paul was always straight with me as I considered the options he had and found the cheapest deal for me on the car I was considering.
I’ve told him that when I do get my next lease car he will be my first point of call.

Made an enquiry on an evening. Toni called early the next day. Quotes came quickly, with quite a few changes from me which Toni dealt with with ease. Nice person to chat to and made process for me quite easy. Toni was exceptionally and I highly recommend. She is a credit to the company

Massive thanks as always to Craig Wright and the GB Leasing team for yet again looking after me with my new motor. Impeccable service and communication throughout. Thats why i always have and always will use Craig and his team!

This company is first rate. I contacted them and spoke to Toni Ryan. Ordered the car of my choice which was in stock and within three days all the documentation had been sorted and approved.
I was kept informed all the way through and would thoroughly recommend this company to friends and family.
The vehicle was delivered on the date of my choosing.

Felt really looked-after by Neil and Eliza. Emails were very promptly responded to (vital as it is hard for me to call during the day due to work) and I felt well-guided into leasing a car for the first time. Would recommend.

Quick, efficient and helpful. Paul Mondol was very customer focused and made it all very easy.

Fantastic service from Neil and Eliza. Great communication throughout the process.

Neil was knowledgeable, efficient and courteous, fully explaining processes and options, as well as responding to any concerns. All enquiries were responded to timeously.
Eliza’s administration was similarly expedient.
Overall this made my contract hire renewal straightforward and was completed in a matter of days. Impressive.

Ive used GB for 3 vehicles now. Ive dealt with Neil each time and he's been excellent. I changed my mind on numerous occasions regarding work vans and nothing was too much hassle Neil. Communication was on point, and helped me all the way through the process. Highly recommend the whole team, especially Neil.

I was very impressed with the pricing and service provided by Neil Armstrong at GBLeasing.
Very informative and helpful without any pressure to select a contract.
I would highly recommend GBLeasing as a company and with their helpful staff!

My application was explained fully at each stage and processed very quickly. I had a problem with a previous supplier and this was taken into account ensuring the process was fast tracked and dealt with extremely efficiently.

I recently leased a new car through Gbvehicleleasing, and the entire experience was seamless and stress-free, thanks to the outstanding support from Mr. Paul Mondol and Eliza Hilton.

From our initial conversation, Paul was attentive and knowledgeable, guiding me through the available options and ensuring I found the perfect vehicle to suit my needs. Eliza managed the administrative aspects with efficiency and kept me informed at every stage, making the process transparent and straightforward.

Their professionalism, prompt communication, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this company to anyone considering leasing a vehicle.

Naomi was excellent from first contact. Replied promptly to my queries and I have ordered the car I wanted at a price I am happy with. Couldn’t fault the service. Thank you.

First time I have ever leased a vehicle and has a very pleasant experience from start to delivery (free).

My main contact was Paul M. who is a brilliant professional. He took me through everything, gave competitive quotes and was always available to take my calls and messages. It as this man who essentially sold me the company.

Also I would like to spend a special thanks to Eliza H. who dealt with the admin side as the order progressed; this was another wonderful person who is a credit to the organisation.

I do hope someone in management reads this review and gives both of these people a very big pat on the back as they deserve it!
