Absolutely first class experience. We came into the store to ask advice about a dishwasher for a static caravan, received great advice, placed an order and less than a week later the dishwasher is in place. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great service. Will definitely recommend

We ordered a HAMA DR1000 DAB radio from G. Craggs and it arrived the very next day. How's that for speed? And great to deal with an independent dealer instead of 'you know who'. The radio is very nice, easy to set up and sounds great.

I was looking for a replacement to my kettle to match my other appliances so was really chuffed that G. Craggs had something as it seems mine was discontinued and not available anywhere else.
Marked down as received a card from Royal Mail saying that not enough postage had been paid so I have paid £7.99 for delivery but also have had to pay Royal Mail another £3.20 in order to actually receive my delivery.

So glad I decided to purchase from this company who were professional and courteous from the outset of my enquiry about the Burley Cottesmore electric coal effect fire. Once ordered the fire arrived quickly and is beautiful and of excellent quality. Impressed with the quality control information too received with the fire as so much of what you buy these days arrives damaged. Could tell when I spoke to a very helpful person on the phone (a rare thing these days being able to ring a company) that there would be no issues. Highly recommend!
