£157 spent and feel extremely unhappy.
Offered return, but would cost a fortune in postage.
So, putting it down to one of life's less enjoyable experiences.
I would not purchase anything again.

We’re sorry to hear you were disappointed. The items you purchased were A-grade refurbished products, as clearly stated in the description. They are in as-new condition, fully tested, and come with a 12-month return-to-base warranty. Packaging may be plain, damaged, or resealed, and minor cosmetic marks are standard for refurbished items, which is reflected in the discounted price.
As mentioned in our previous email, a full refund is available if you wish to return the items. We cannot offer additional discounts on already discounted products.

Ordered a vax air lift steerable pet max ucpmshv1 upright bagless vacuum cleaner, after being 3 days late.on the delivery, o was so excited to receive it, that was until I opened the box, and it was broke, had scratches all over it and had been used. I didn't order a used 1, I thought it was a brand new 1. Not very happy as your company as said I MUST pay to return the unwanted item, it's not unwanted its broken. So now I have a hoover i can't afford. Will never use this company again

We provided free return instructions, but we haven’t received any tracking details or proof of return, so this was the first indication that the parcel may have been sent back. We’ve also reached out to you via email to request this information. If you could kindly reply with the tracking number, we can have this looked into straight away and ensure your refund is processed without delay.
Purchase fine, delivery less so
Website fine and purchase straightforward. Delivery less so. Purchased Thursday evening. Friday morning given Evri tracking link. On Sunday the tracking link suggested item was out for delivery the day before (Saturday), but not delivered. Sunday evening the link stopped working. Tuesday early evening the doorbell went (no text/email warning), but the deliverer had already gone when we answered the door. They wouldn't have known if anyone was in, but left the item in full view of the street. There was no additional packaging so you could see what the item was (electric fan), so how long it would have stayed there if we had been out is anyone's guess. Finally, although the item looks new there was no assembly/use instructions enclosed. However the fan seems fine and works well.

i ordered a 6 man tent from GED outlet which was a good find price wise, cost £32 and free delivery. however, the tent came with three tares/holes in the pole inserts and the instructions lacked detail.

Terrible. Bought a so called "refurbished" hoover from this company. Turned up used, with a mouldy filter, damaged parts. Nowhere near refurbished, so basically a customer return and they have sold it, without doing anything. Avoid this business

I purchased a "Spear & Jackson 34cm Cordless Lawnmower - 24V (No Battery & No Charger) × 1" for a great price, to replace my broken one. When it arrived, I took it out of the box and it had been used. I have kept it as I really needed it, but I wasn't too happy as I wasn't aware it was refurbished.
