Our sales consultant was Steph from the Penrith branch. She helped my partner and I so much. She didn’t only go to extreme lengths to help us, but she was also genuine about helping us. And with us having just moved from NZ, we needed to start a credit rating and Steph helped her best to get us approved. So far we’ve had an amazing experience with Geddit. Will recommend anyone to shop with geddit.

The service I received from geddit in Penrith by Keya was simple and very friendly recommend this company for rentals on devices etc

I went in to Geddit Penrith, I was assisted by salesperson Keya who made my application & choosing my products so easy & simple. So happy with how friendly she was & I would recommend this store to everyone!

I had the best experience at Geddit, the staff were so helpful and I ended up receiving the product that I needed. Steph especially was incredible, her customer service was amazing, and she truly went above and beyond to help me! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

I met with Keya @ the Penrith store! And was amazed by the care and service I was provided with and the amount of commitment she had for me and all the doubt I had in my application but now I’m a happy customer and so happy I took the time to spend with her! Awesome group of people and awesome customer service! Thank you Keya and The Geggit Group!

The best & most affordable way to get what you need asap , went into Penrith store and spoke to Steph very welcoming and friendly and help get whatever I wanted/need . Recommend Geddit CHEAP AND GREAT PRODUCTS . Fast delivery

I would reccomend geddit to anyone they are cheap n affordable

They were so helpful with everything and went out of they way to make sure everything was correct and delivered when requested even in another state where our daughter moved .

So I bought a laptop with geddit last week in Jesmond and I just can’t move on and still thinking alot of how much I wasted almost 900$ on a laptop that has a defect on. They even said it will cost them to send it back to HP for inspection, and the manager doesn’t seem to be keen (like I don’t care if it would cost them money to send it back to HP, I’m a customer) I went to the store the next day I bought the 900 bucks item and they said they can’t do replacement or any refund on my item because they said ITS NOW A SECOND HAND ITEM. I 100% regret getting sometting from them. Not a happy customer.

Excellent service from Keya!

The service was great and the staff were very friendly, my only complaint was that they put a surge protector power board on my account, i was told they were doing it but they didnt actually ask or tell me that it was almlst $300. Make sure you check that, but besides that it was great.
