Had a last minute problem, and required changes and additions to an existing order. When I phoned, Jay was so helpful and friendly. He fixed my problem straight away, and even managed to get it out next day. Very happy with the service! THANKS JAY. Hazel

Placed an order for over £600 of Geezers own-brand gear yesterday for my amateur boxing club (sparring gloves, headguards, hand wraps, & a boxing wallpad) and it arrived today, less than 24 hours after placing the order! Extremely friendly & helpful when placing the order over the phone & all items arrived as requested.
Obviously I haven't had chance to test any of it out yet but if everything else I've ever brought from them is anything to go by it will be spot on (the last set of Geezers sparring equipment I brought lasted about 5 years of regular & heavy use!)

This is my 3rd time dealing with Geezers, Jay has helped to replace a load of kit for our boxing club including 4 bags and 10 pairs of gloves. Top quality, personal service given and next day delivery. Would recommend!

Very responsive team who helped resolve my query in a speedy fashion.
Delivery also arrived the next day which is sooner than expected.

Fantastic service. I made a mistake with my order (entirely my fault) and asked to cancel one item - they did so and had the money refunded within a couple of hours. Amazingly helpful staff and a great range of boxing supplies. No need to go anywhere else for your boxing equipment needs - highly recommended.

Absolutely waste of time this company! I have spoken too them regarding my delivery. Ordered 22/12/18 paid 180 for boots and £10 next day delivery. Still not arrived. I spoke too there customer service finally today, and had some jumped up person telling me there was a banner put on there website saying no orders would be dispatected until 2 jan ? That’s a lie Wasn’t there until 24/12/18 and also refusing too reimburse next day delivery fee. Won’t get my money every again.

One of the worst customer service I've ever seen

I was looking for combat sports equipment, checked lots of websites to no avail and found this constantly checking,the reason I chose them was they had number i can call as for me it's better and instant. The person on the phone explained to me the products which i needed and what they had and what was suitable for me and went into detail. they also have size guide for most of the products like gloves clothes its very easy to understand no complication. the only bad thing is the phone number its a premium number so watch out for that. i ordered on 20th november arrived on the 22/11/2018 not bad for delivery. i would recommend them very good customer service.

Long story ! Won’t go into details but left me high and dry for my sons Birthday after spending hundreds. Spoke to me on the phone like a bit dog dirt then had the audacity to phone me back laugh at me. Have no idea how this business is still running. I would def go elsewhere. Seriously not happy and I will be reviewing more to warn others

This company has always delivered a first rate service, and saved the day for us on may occasions. Their knowledge of boxing and the equipment they sell is outstanding, I can't thank them enough for rushing me my last order, after another company let me down.

Ordered a set of Everlast elite pads for £95. Received a set of much cheaper pads that look similar. Emailed and expected it to be a nightmare to sort out but it was actuallyu dealt with very well. Even the £5 it cost me to deliver the wrong set back was refunded without any prompting from me. Obviously wish the correct set was sent out in the first place but everyone makes mistakes. Its how you handle them that counts.

They claim the best on the market... maybe because they produce this themselves.

Spending £300+ on a product you would expect for the item to arrive in some form of purpose made packaging, but no - some random box that was too weak for the heavy product and too large. No transit protection at all.

The branding is poor, looks like a prototype.
The product was extremely dusty as if it was on the shelf "unboxed" for some time.

It is actually quite a good platform, but the presentation and supply is poor. I made GB aware of my thoughts and they claim the product, presentation and supply was suitable - it was far from that.

But, if they make these themselves it would explain the "prototype" feel to the product.

My review on their website has not been accepted.

Fantastic service, quick despatch and when DPD messed up they were excellent and supportive.
