Ian was great! The fridge we ordered was no longer available, so he got in touch with us right away, and we were able to order a different model. Friendly and helpful!!

Ian provided courteous customer service and I was able to quickly process and pay for my order as well as schedule my delivery. Will definitely be returning to Gerhards for future business

Ian is absolutely wonderful to work with. I'm head of Bellweather Construction's production team, and we've ceased to go anywhere else for our client's appliances. He is quick to respond, great at communicating, and knows the products. I recommend Gerhard's and Ian by name to anyone asking. Hands down, he is reason enough to forego the box stores and big national suppliers.

I'm actually not a huge fan of Gerhard's but Ian Chapin in customer service was terrific. He get's the five stars.

I made the rookie mistake of buying 3 appliances at Home Depot for a rental property because they were running a sale. We were able to purchase a French Door LG refrigerator over the phone thanks to the wonderful sales rep, Adrianne. She took the time to check dimensions so that the new unit would fit in a limited space and walked us through the various choices. The item was in stock and delivery is scheduled for this week. I cannot praise Adrianne enough as she made a difficult situation no problem at all. We had purchased a new washer and dryer in February and knew that we'd be back for the refrigerator shortly. Thank you again, Gerhards!

Gerhard's was awesome from start to finish for our purchase of a new washer and dryer as a gift for my mother. We ordered online and work with a sales rep by the name of Kim at first. Then we started to work with a sales rep by the name of Ian Chapin, and he was just plain awesome. Ian worked with us to ensure that the appliances that we ordered would fit through and go down stairs in a Philly Rowhouse. Over the last couple of days we have spoken to Ian several times, and he has also been so knowledgeable, caring, supportive, and friendly. We highly recommend Gerhard's to anyone who needs appliances. Both Kim and Ian should be commended for there hard work and great customer services skills.

Ian feels like a member of our family. I trusted his judgement when he came to service our appliances and now have the upmost confidence when I need to purchase a new one. . I know that I can contact him if there is a problem which is usually something I have managed to do to the machine. Ian has always followed up with all the details from sale to delivery. Excellent service from order to pickup! Purchased over range microwave, after reviewing available models I called to place my order, sales rep (Ian) handled everything in a few short minutes, pickup at store a breeze. Installed item myself yesterday, looks nice, hoping for many trouble free years of service!

My experience couldn't have been better. Easy to order my new dishwasher on line. Very organized system to schedule installation. I had to reschedule and they couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. Install team was very polite and efficient also wore masks and gloves and treated my home with respect.
