Excellent service

Excellent service from David Jones at Get Connected in Porthmadog today. Suitable options offered. Huge assistance with data transfer to new phone (for a tech-illiterate like me). Made the whole process totally stress-free and probably prevented a migrain 😅

Josh is very friendly, honest, knowledgable and extremely helpful. He is very good at putting us at ease and taking time to explain things. My husband and I would never go anywhere else now.

The service was handled beautifully. As always, Josh was well prepared for our meeting. He presented his recommendations in an understandable manner and executed them promptly.
Particularly and hopefully beneficial was his moving us from Verizon to Three in an attempt to get better reception for our phone service.

David in Craven Arms has looked after me for a while now. Iv always had exceptional service and placed a lot of trust in his hands with my phone being used for my business. David has never let me down.

Had to upgrade my phone and can't thank Geoff enough for his knowledge, support and patience when guiding me through the process. No hard sell, nothing was too much trouble and no question was left unanswered. Will definitely be recommending Get Connected to all my family and friends.

Bobby is such a nice fella. He is friendly and takes his time to make sure that everything is well understood for an informed decision on any of the packages

We needed help with getting WiFi to our Lodge at the caravan park close by, and David was very helpful in setting us up with the correct provider. David was very patient and went above and beyond what was expected to help us out. Really recommend using David at Get Connected.

Please don’t use this company and go direct to your preferred provider.
They scam you into taking out a new contract months before it is due for renewal and with a different provider. Checking out the phone numbers they use I found that they are associated with miss selling and scammers.
I was miss sold a contract with 3 and realised a day later what they had done and reported to 3’s fraud department, the police and blocked all their numbers.
When my contract with Vodafone is due to end in November I know I’ll get a better deal with them. Be careful and avoid, if I could give no stars I would……a really bad and very stressful experience but lesson learnt.

Steve at Wellington branch has sorted my contract twice now, told him what I was after and he has done just that, brilliant service kept in contact throughout i would definitely recommend 👌

I went into the Hereford store and the service was brilliant, I don't know much about technology and what phone would fit my needs, Brad was amazing, he did not fill my head full of words I did not understand and it was wasn't the stressful experience I was thinking it was going to be. Definitely recommend!

Been a customer of three for many years and recently signal has been terrible. So went to see dave. And came out with a new provider, new phone, better deal and actually being able to use my phone. Hassle free. I will be going back to dave when my new contract comes to a end. And i have also recommended him to friends that are having similar problems. Thank you dave. Top man

He was the reason we purchased the product: excellent customer skills; knowledgeable; warm; and friendly. We would definitely go back to Dan should we need any more products.

Justin is genuinely such a kind and helpful person! Always lovely to talk to and lets me know when my upgrade is due and helps me set up and explains everything to me, making the process super easy! As a family, including my mum, we wouldn't go anywhere else! Soon my son will be looking to get his first mobile and I know Justin will be the place to go! Thankyou 🙂
