Pire expérience de ma vie. En route pour Nantes pour aller voir le match Côte d’Ivoire v France et la voiture ralenti avec des voyants qui s’allume sur le tableau de bord. En panne au milieu de l’auto route. En appelant getaround ils peuvent pas nous donner de véhicule de remplacement mais ils offrent un coupon de 75 euros alors que notre location était de €197.90. Terrible. 7 passagers qui restent coincés dans un centre de remorquage à Ablis pendant 3/4 heures sans solution. Enfin on a du annulé la réservation et booker avec Turo un véhicule. Getaround pire appli de location. Ne booker pas avec eux. Apart un remboursement on a pas eu de dédommagement en plus rien du tout et le proprio qui nous annonce qu’il pouvait rien faire pour nous.

Well, I'm really disappointed with that company. It's 5 April 2026, the day I'm writing this comment, and I'm still waiting for a refund of 250 euros from my deposit. Because, yes, guys, the price of renting the cars can be cool, but! You have to pay an extra 250-euro deposit, and you risk never seeing that money again. They give you a fake Trace audit number for your bank in case you have a problem with the refund, but I've shown that to 2 different banks, and neither couldn't do anything with that number. Because Banks need an ARN number, which I've asked Getaround for,and they replied that they couldn't provide it...

The pick up was arranged and managed easily. Jose was very good at communicating and was helpful during our trip. The drop was flexible and managed well again. We would recommend this car.

Very good system for renting a car and easy to use, unfortunately the car wasnt safe to drive light bulb of head light was faulty , oil level.was showing and no wipers at the back. Also the car body was damage from everywhere , not nice to arrived to a wedding with a car like that I had very important meetings too doesn't show my professionalisme.
Other wise its really close to the airport , easy with the tram (not early in the morming as tram start at 5h15 am) but easily walkable to T1 .

Oui tenses bien passe pour moi et le proprietaire disponible pour aider urgentment. Je vous le recommende vivement .

Great car, great experience

Positive experience overall. The app is simple, nicely designed and user-friendly. The rental, pick-up and drop-off process are very easy to go through and well signed-posted.
Having said that, I was surprised that requesting to change the drop-off time by 1 hour resulted in a 4 Euros charge. It was not clear why there was an added charge, it doesn't appear on the invoice, indicating that none of it is passed to the owner. This was annoying and uncessary.

Oui, voiture propre, tout considéré suffisamment puissante. Acces tres facile. AC pas puissant mais le jour etait frais. Aussi l'indicateur du niveau d'essence n'a pas change apres 250 km. En general je recommande ce vehicule.

Hiring through Getaround is much cheaper than from a car-hire company. The process of picking up and returning the car is all online and clearly explained on your phone.

Hello, yes it is such a great system for local inexpensive car hire. Amazingly flexible whether for a few hours or days. We hired for two days and it all worked without a problem. We had contact with the owner out of courtesy, but that is not a requirement. I have worked in promoting such schemes, and it is so good to see one in operation.
