Christina took good care of promptly meeting our needs in assisting requesting feedback from patients. She even followed up with a phonecall to let us know that she had sent the QR code to my email!

We have been working with DEARDOC for a couple years and have been very happy with their services. They have been instrumental in our website set up and have worked closely with our marketing team to get things just right. Also, their DEARDOC dashboard is very effective in bringing in new patients. The system itself is extremely user friendly! I highly recommend this company.

Very happy with the option to send bulk requests through our dear doc platform and Alberto was on it immediately. We used this option for closing July 4 and now for office vacation. Very professional, great communication and service.

Pablo has been very helpful and clear so far - as for the effectiveness of the call and our requested changes, that remains to be seen. I am definitely not in a place to give Dear Doc more than 2-3 stars yet. Time will tell. We've had a rough start. The staff we have worked with have all tried to be helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! We signed up with them based on a written guarantee that they would help our business secure 20 reviews within 60 days. They completely failed to hold up their end of the bargain. When I tried to cancel, they became incredibly difficult and rude. Specifically, a representative who will remain unamed was highly argumentative and disrespectful.

From the start, the sales process was an extreme, high-pressure tactic. They refused to let me off the phone to discuss the details with my business partners, insisting on waiting on hold instead. We were stuck on the phone with the sales representative for over three hours. We did look at the negative reviews beforehand, and we truly should have listened to them in the first place. Avoid this company!!!!!!!

I called DearDoc customer support today with concerns about whether a request for payment was legitimate because the ACH transfer I originally set up to make a payment did not go through. Cristina Tapia from DearDoc customer support called me back nearly immediately to reassure me that the request was legitimate, and she even connected me via phone with the original representative who requested the payment. The end result was that I felt well supported, and my concerns were treated with professionalism and understanding. I am very happy with my interaction with Cristina.
