I had problems with DearDoc from the beginning. They said they would advertise me on WebMD, and the salesman was confident that I could get 5 new patients a month. I have not gotten any new patients in a year from this company.

I tried to cancel the contract using their satisfaction guarantee. It was not possible to jump through the hoops they required. Instead, they tried to add services "free."

When I received notice that my year of ACH withdrawals was completed, I assumed that the contract was terminated, since I had made my needs clear verbally. Instead, they auto-renewed the contract. They insist that I had to cancel IN WRITING at least 30 days prior to the end of the initial contract, and insisted that I pay for a full year to terminate the contract "early," even though it had not yet begun.

It takes days or even weeks to talk to some with authority to do anything, then they tell you they're powerless to help. That's nonsense. They could be reasonable. They simply refuse.

Noah Warren really listened to my concerns and started working on issues immediately. Despite our frustrations with Dear Doc we are hopeful with Noah's help that we will now have the support we were looking for.

Noah has been doing well staying in touch amd walking me through a process that I am unfamiliar with and resistant to. We are working towards getting everything live and running. He has answers that make sense and plans for future growth.

Dear Doc has a decent product, but it's the people who are the problem in this company. First of all, their response time is terrible. I always need to wait a few days before my questions get answered and sometimes even weeks for my problems to be solved. This company has an unhelpful customer service where the representatives don't seem interested in helping their customers and clients at all. This company is mediocre at best.
