Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. I was able to get a consultation at a time that suited me, Dr Maha was amazing and communication by Sophie over whatsapp has been fab.

I paid for a consultation which was fine and I had good communication until I placed my order.
Once I paid for my order I have not been able to reach anyone in the company by text, watsapp, phone or email. I have been charged for a product that was out of stock and cannot reach anyone to get it refunded. It’s like you don’t exist once you’ve paid for your order. They also have not even suggested another product for the one out of stock.
Also it’s worth knowing that prescription products have to be delivered between Monday and Friday at your home address so if you work in the week you won’t ever get them as you cannot divert to a pick up point or locker or reschedule yourself.
I’m not impressed at paying for a product I haven’t received nor of the fact you get no communication or support once your order has been placed.
It doesn’t give me faith for paying for auto delivery on my products. Also you are meant to have ongoing input to help your with your plan.
So disappointing considering the concept is good and the dr herself was good.
I’m going to have to go through my credit card company to try and claim my money back and block the auto restock for future order which I didn’t want to do as I wanted to use the service.

UPDATE.
GetHarley reached out to me a refunded me and promised to send me my missing product for free. They apologised and said their service fell below standard and also gave me a discount code for future orders. HOWEVER, 4 weeks later and I’m still being fobbed off. I’ve not received the product as promised and it’s two months after my original order and nobody has been in touch to see how my routine is going or if I need anything. I was hopeful when they got in touch about my complaint but sadly they’ve continued to disappoint.

Really friendly service via WhatsApp which is convenient. Not super fast communication but enough for what it is. I had an appointment which was very worthwhile and the platform to purchase the recommendations was super user friendly. Definitely revommend, but would certainly describe as premium

I am giving GetHarley one star purely on the basis of their utter lack of responsiveness to my emails and texts on an order I placed with them just under a week ago.
Since placing the order, the money for the products has been taken by GetHarley, but no order number, tracking details or updates have been provided,despite the company claiming it fulfills all orders within 3 - 5 days.
No one answers their customer services number which is shown on-line. There is no answer machine message or ability to leave a voicemail.
No one has responded to my numerous what's app messages. No one has responded to my emails. I have no idea where my order is and when I will receive it.
It is very concerning that a company whose branding, and image, implies that of a high status, very professional operation, has no one answering the phone or dealing with customer issues. Essentially zero customer service with no means of contacting anyone in the company.
I am posting here in the hope that someone from GetHarley will pick up my review and get in touch with me.

I was recommended GetHarley and have been using their products for the last year and love them. Really high quality skin care that is making a difference for me the service is excellent too. Orders arrive quickly, communication is good, reminders are helpful and when I had a problem with my order, the customer service was brilliant and resolved it very quickly, professionally and politely. I couldn’t recommend GetHarley enough.

Before I started using my getHarley plan my skin was dull looking broke out all the time and all around needed a new plan . once Cheryl put me a plan together to match my skin type my face has never been better i looks great and my skin feels like it glows now.

I’ve been with GetHarley for almost a year now, after trying every blemish product under the sun and seeing no lasting results. My consultant, Dr Emma, has been amazing at treating my skin and recommending lifestyle changes, and I feel so much more confident as a result. The products aren’t cheap but they really do work, and I feel like I’ve saved money in the long run – I used to spend so much money on high street products that just weren’t effective. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend GetHarley, it’s a cost-effective way of getting professional help and getting to the root of skin issues.

I really couldn't recommend GetHarley enough! In a time where NHS waiting lists are months long, and private healthcare is too expensive, GetHarley was the perfect alternative, easy access to professional dermatologists at an affordable price. I was matched with Dr Maha who has been absolutely lovely, and clearly really cares. I was having hormonal acne all over my face for the first time in my life due to a long course of steroids, and Dr Maha took all my medical background and information and budget into consideration when recommending a skincare routine for me. Although the routine did not immediately fix things, it definitely calmed everything down and then around week 8 of the skincare routine my skin really started to clear up and I haven't had a single breakout now for nearly 2 months! Thanks so much for all your help, I can now go make up free, yay!

Everything is very smooth, the website is user friendly and the whole idea of getting support during this journey is brilliant. Even when one of the products was a bit delayed everything was organized so well and I got updates in the meantime. It's just really reassuring that someone has my back when it comes to getting the right products and updating the skincare routine.
