Would not recommend. Constantly change cleaners who provide a variable service. Last one did not stay the two hours I paid for and did a poor job. When I raised this with management I received no response. Iâll only use a local cleaner now.

The last service I had from GSC wasâŠ
The last service I had from GSC was very inadequate, I gave them customer service comments referring to those errors and still haven't heard back from them. Of course, they took the money for the job the same day it happened. It's a shame as normally they're a lot better.

I believe there has been a small misunderstanding.
From what I saw in the system's records, you asked for the cleaner to bring a hoover and mop. When you made the booking and selected for the cleaner to bring cleaning products, a notice would have told you that we cannot supply hoovers, mops or buckets.
Our cleaners cannot carry such things with them and that is why we ask the client to supply them. My colleagues refunded you your money back 20 minutes after the completion of your booking right after they spoke with you to explain the circumstances.
