Poor quality clean, rude staff.

This was our first experience with Get Set Clean. The cleaner broke the plug hole mechanism in our sink so it was jammed shut. We tried to fix it together but couldn't so we called head office. Huge language barrier as everything we were saying had to be done over google translate. Spoke to woman on the phone who got pretty irate with me blaming me for the broken sink and doing nothing to apologise or be helpful. In the end the cleaner managed to fix the sink but left early, no apology, we had wasted time on these phone calls and trying to fix the sink and the house was left with a poor quality clean. Surfaces left unwiped, hairs and crumbs left on the floor. Disappointing. Won't be using again.

We’ve been using Get Set Clean for over four years and think they’re fab. We’ve had a few different cleaners which have ranged from excellent to very good. Really good value for money, extremely flexible and accommodating plus super friendly. Would definitely recommend them and have done many times.

Honest, reliable, good house cleaning service. Emails are always answered promptly. Good website for amendments and communications.

Well run cleaning service that gives you hassle free regular cleaning. If your normal cleaner can't make it they organise a replacement for you. Cleaners are competent and trustworthy.

I have been a happy customer for over 4 years after they were recommended by two friends. During that time I have had the same cleaner (Laura). If she is ever away the replacement has always worked to the same high standard. All cleaners have been punctual, honest and left no rug unturned!

Do not use this company. They confirm your booking then try to cancel or change the time a couple of days before the appointment with no explanation. Unprofessional and a complete waste of time.
