I cannot recommend this company enough! 😍 The fast delivery service is top class, the girls are a dream to deal with. Any issues, the girls will help. I have been a shopper from Get That Trend since the start and their clothes and service just goes above and beyond.
Love love love! I will continue to shop at Get That Trend, whether it’s for events or just casual wear.

My first order off these absolute cowboys. Very disappointed! Similar experience to those mentioned. Ordered three items, all of really poor cheap quality for the price. A t-shirt in particular - literally see through for €30. They are refusing to give me a refund on this as there is the faintest of makeup marks on the inside - which to my very strong recall and a witness - I hadn’t got on when I tried it on; as I tried it on first thing in the morning when received. It’s definitely not tan as I don’t wear it. They sent me pictures of it too - and I had to take a few looks at it to actually see it. Word of warning: video yourself opening the package and current state of clothing before even trying on! Be warned everyone! You’d like to support Irish but not these guys. Avoid!

I ordered a trouser suit from Get That Trend about a month ago for a family wedding. Unfortunately it did not fit me and I needed a different size in it. I was afraid to do an exchange because they say that returns take up to 2 weeks to be processed and I didn’t have that much time.

I placed a second order and sent back the first suit. The second one was a perfect fit and I got loads of compliments on it. I love it!

After about 2 weeks, I got my refund for the first order.

Ordered a few dresses from here for my nieces communion and ended up returning 2 as didnt suit my shape. Sent my return back a day or 2 late so was worried it wouldnt be accepted. Contacted customer service and dealt with a girl called Catherine who was very helpful. Got my refund back 10 days later. Defo will shop here again.

I returned a dress for a refund as I accidentally ordered on-line 2 the same size; the dress I returned was never tried on!!!

A short while later I received an email from Catherine stating the dress was ‘significantly’ damaged by myself, therefore it was unresellable and would be destroyed by themselves, or they would kindly post it back to me , at my cost, for £5, without refund.

The shop would only correspond by email, no phone conversation is apparently possible. Hence, I therefore travelled to the Donegal shop the following morning, an hours journey.

At the shop I was shown the ‘significant’ damage which was a tiny brown mark 1mm in length, on the inside - funny that as 1. I hadn’t tried on the dress, and 2. on reading other peoples reviews, it seems to happen to a lot of other unsuspecting customers!!!!

Dealing with an extremely unhelpful and rude Manager, I finally left an hour later with a credit note. I told her I was not leaving the shop until the problem was resolved in some way.

Whilst there, a young sales assistant served another customer and placed a paper bag with shoes in it on my laced dress with absolute no respect! The manager laughed when I pointed that out.

Both manager and that young sales assistant were extremely rude.

This company obviously have a standard email stating ‘significant’ damage which they email to unsuspecting customers - obviously this is a SCAM!!!

Do not buy from this shop outlet nor on line!!!! It’s just a shame why they do this as their clothes are lovely!

Do not buy anything from here!!!!! Shocking service. Never tried the dress on but accused of returning the dress with stains. No refund. Absolute joke. Be warned

I wish I read the reviews before ordering! I have NEVER had this happen and I am so disappointed and will never be ordering or recommending this company again I will if anything be doing the complete opposite!!!
I ordered 4 items, and unfortunately I did have to return all four items I found the material and overall fit to be a bit cheap (that's my personal opinion) . Ten days later I received an email saying only two of my items will be refunded as the other two are significantly marked and cannot be resold! A load of rubbish - one item now has a black mark that looks like felt tip, this dress I tried on and couldn't actually get over my thighs so I struggle to understand how the felt tip mark got there. The next was a silver waistcoat that the inside appears to have a mark, if I zoom in on the picture I can only just see a teeny tiny what looks like a bronzer mark, but considering the fact I do not wear any make up I also struggle to understand how that got there!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I am now £94 out of pocket my option was to pay for postage and return my items! I have actually found this whole process extremely hurtful and stressful as I am an honest person (first time EVER I have left a bad review for anything). What I find hurtful is the way this order has been handled and the lies! I asked for the company to phone me as I much prefer talking on the phone instead of through email, I am still waiting for my phone call. Now I have found the reviews for this company I can see this is clearly a regular thing this company does. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID !!!

I was very disappointed with this Blazer dress; I got it for my niece's confirmation that I am to stand with her on Saturday. The quality of the dress is just up to the usual, Get that trend standard. Loads of threads pulled in the dress, the Button to the front barely hanging on by a loose thread and marks around the dress. but in saying that, this is the first time out of 100s of purchases that I've been very happy with. so possible just this dress slipped through the standard checks.

Fast delivery. Dress is beautiful. I will be ordering more in the future. Dress said free size fits 8 - 16 , but I cannot see it fitting a 14 or 16. Fits 8,10 possible 12. Longer than shown in video too . I'm 5'6 and it is on my ankle . Beautiful dress though .

Returned 3 dresses, straight after I bought them to Donegal and received an email from Catherine, accusing me of leaving a very small brown mark on the dress, so I never received the refund as they advised it couldn’t be re- sold due to the stain.
I requested to see the tracking of the same dress to check if many others had worn it before me. Catherine was not able to send such info.
When I asked for it back, I had to hold the dress under several lights to see the brown mark.

I’ve yet to receive refunds on the other 2 dresses and it’s been nearly 2 weeks since I received email of returns received.

Disappointed in their customer care standards of treatment.

The dress was nice, some loose threads but overall nice. Was disappointed that I paid high postage rate for them to write the wrong address on the parcel. Nearly didn't receive the parcel at all and was difficult as they didn't enter any tracking information.

Love this company, have ordered a few dresses and never once been disappointed 🥰 size and quality excellent.

I ordered 2 dresses from a sale section and had them delivered. I had ordered many items from other shops also looking for a dress as a wedding guest. I didn’t try on the dresses I got from get that trend as I found one before I got to try them. I returned the dresses in good faith (without trying them on) and I got an email saying the dress way damaged and a refund was not possible. I emailed their customer service and it took 2 emails to get a reply and refusing a refund for a dress that I didn’t try on and must have received damaged. It’s an absolute disgrace! They then want me to pay for deliver to send it back to me again or they will dispose of it within 14 days! AKA - they will sell it on again and catch another customer…would never again purchase from this site! It’s so disheartening as a genuine and honest customer!

Love the clothes l ordered and great service had them in just a couple of days after l ordered them 😊😊

Love my skirt, great shop and great service

Super fast delivery arrived the following day. Dress in perfect condition. Bought knowing that it would be too big as the dress is one size fits all, I am a petite 6, so it's slightly to big and a bit long but I'm happy to get it altered as I love the dress and a great price.

This dress looked lovely on the model but sizing is wrong because im a size 10-12 and would not fit me at all and sizing is from 8-14. Very disappointing.

Wrote on this back in December and GTT took the time to send me back a message on this but couldn't take the time to issue my refund. They currently still have the dress I returned and my €60.
