Lovely site and good quality of clothes and quick delivery. Not a reflection on the company but need to look at the sizing. I ordered a L in the suit. I'm a size 12-14. The L would not close on me. Its very dishearting but needs to look at the quality of the sizing

Not good I won’t be buying again .ordered items and then they came and they were the wrong size and item was broken .

The top wasn’t how it was advertised it’s more of belly top then what it looked like n the website it will do for summer very disappointing as I wanted to wear it going out out

My fault for not reading before purchasing, but it's absolutely bizarre.
Get that trend have confirmed that they received my return on 09/01/24. I now have to wait 21 days for my refund because "that's there policy and it's outlined on their website". And to make matters worse, if I don't receive my refund after 21 days, I must wait until day 28 and then contact them to tell them. So they will have your return received and probably sold on again, but you have to accept to giving them 28 days credit of your own money. Never again.

Staff inside the shop are lovely and very helpful. Trainers are so comfortable.

I returned two dresses that were unworn. Received no confirmation that my returns had been received. I followed up by email 7 days later. Received a reply stating “the dress was badly soiled” with. Picture of the dress that was not the dress I ordered. No mention of the second dress returned. I did not try on the dress as it was evidently too big when I removed from packaging. Email again asking for someone to call me as I hadn’t tried on the dress and the colour of the dress sent in the picture is not the same as the one I returned. Also to ask why I had not been notified to say my return was received and there was a problem earlier. Got an email to say the notification went into my junk mail. Again not true. Am still waiting for a manager to make contact. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP

After I ordered a size 40 that didn’t fit I returned them took a while for someone to get bk to me as to weither they’d arrived bk to store eventually a size 41 was sent out to me as was told to me by lady that was emailing me thankfully they fit prefect and happy with the quality

Love this little shop. I saw lovely trainers on their site, I was delighted when they came back into stock. They’re so good at listening to what customers want and getting them back in stock. I pre-ordered the trainers and it didn’t take long for them to arrive. They have a lovely range of clothes and shoes for all occasions. I’ll definitely be buying from them again and popping into the shop when I’m in the area.

What a really great company. Clothes are good quality and they stick to their return policy, unlike others I have dealt with. Didn't have to chase for my refund.
