die Kamera wird geliefert ohne Bedinungsanleitung. Eine Indienst stellung ist nicht möglich, da nicht mitgeteilt wird wie die Kamera mit dem Smartphone verbunden werden kann. Eine E-Mail Anfrage zur Beistellung der Anleitung landet im Nirvana.

Betrug habe 7 Kameras in die USA zurückgeschickt auf Pay pals Anweisung 102 € Zollgebühren und trotz Käuferschutz kein Geld bekommen diese Verbrecher schulden mir immer noch 126€

Ich besitze die Vista Focus seit drei Monaten und versuche die Kamera in Betrieb zu nehmen. Habe auch IT-Experten von unsetem Computerclub hinzugezogen. Es gelang auch diesen Fachleuten nicht die Kamera einzuschalten. Ansprechpartner für die Reklamation findet man nicht wirklich! Ein Impressum findet man ebenfalls nicht auf der offiziellen Seite. Gut abgeschottet ...

Do not buy this product, it is a very low quality product for the price they charge. Also be aware I was not aware that it was advertised in USD, invoice did not show currency. It wasn't until I checked my bank account that I was charged currency conversion. 18+ returned emails trying to communicate with them. Product is made in China and shipped from China, so WHY charge USD? extremely misleading, illegal.

They do not send tracking number, their email is pretty much useless because it doesn't send, calling is useless because they dont follow through. Im glad i only ordered 1 camera. I will be calling my bank to turn this over to them. Also the order was to arrive within 10 days and its been 7 days going no where. Wish I knew about the scam company before I placed order, they should have some kind of flag for consumers so we are aware of the fraud.

Have been waiting on my parcel from them and nearly 3weeks on still waiting they where for safty cameras bad bad mistake stay rifht away fom them i can not even contact them to try and cancel my order so please DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER A BIG WARNING

Leider absolut enttäuschend.
Die Kamera zeigt nur dann ein Bild, wenn man direkt mit ihr per WLAN verbunden ist.
Sobald man sich im normalen Heimnetz oder unterwegs befindet, ist kein Zugriff möglich.

Damit ist die Kamera praktisch nutzlos – denn wenn man zu Hause ist, braucht man keine Überwachungskamera.
Eine Fernverbindung über das Internet funktioniert nicht.

Zusätzlich ist die Einrichtung kompliziert, der Kundensupport reagiert nicht, und die Bildqualität ist sehr schlecht.
Für den Preis völlig überteuert – identische Modelle gibt es auf Temu für wenige Franken.

Never heard back from them about where is my order? They are scammers low life disease don’t used.

Wer mich ungebeten mit SPAM belästigt, hat sich 1* mehr als verdient! Keine Bestellung, keine Probleme... NUR SPAM!!

nach genau 2 Monaten Kameras geliefert, absoluter Schrott!! Akkus 6 Stunden geladen nach 10 Minuten Akkus leer!!!

Ordered product on nov 18th 2025..
Numerous emails to customer services.. vacant promises of product delivery and still a no show.. this company are complete scammers.. do not buy this product.. ive done my money$178 AustraliaUpdate

I only gave 1 star because no stars wasn't an option. Sick of these dirty scammers that shut down their emails and go underground. No product recieved. Price changed once order put through and extra charges added. Scumbags

VistaFocus liefert die per PayPal bezahlte Bestellung nicht aus und antwortet auch nicht auf Nachfrage! Hände weg von diesem Fake- Account!!

I wish I had read these reviews before wasting my money - ABSOLUTE SCAM!
I ordered the product 2 months ago and have repeatedly emailed the company to request my tracking number.
What a joke, you get sent the 'out for delivery' notification, then the 'shipping' notification, and finally the 'order received'... yeah... totally legit - NOT! And then the tracking site states that they only update when the package passes through another checkpoint [9 days waiting now]. I guess it is a bit difficult to track a non-existent package 😡
You will also note on their website that the office locations vary from Lithuania to Italy.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS... or it will cost!

EDIT - go via their contact form on the site to get any response as their support email will not be answered.

Ordered the security cameras which cost US $200.
Order has not arrived and have sent several emails, which go unanswered.
WARNING : It's a scam. Do not purchase anything from this company

Zehn Minuten nach Bestellung war ein Widerruf nicht mehr möglich, da Artikel angeblich schon im Versand waren. Nach zwei Monaten ist Sendung noch immer nicht eingegangen. Werde Strafantrag wegen Verdachts des Betruges stellen.

Ordered mine 14 Oct nothing arrived, no communication from the company, nothing. Only email was on first day saying it was out for delivery.
I'm sure that if I hadn't done anything about it they would have kept my money and done nothing.
When I did email about it I received a string of A. I. Emails in return and eventually they said they'd refund-we'll see if they do.
Looking at all these reviews about how bad the camera actually is, if I get my money back, I should consider myself lucky?
