Camera after charging for 6 to 8 hrs worked for 12 minutes...lost charge...bad app, money is total waste for camera, sd cards r anything...their survey...never touch...just ask them give back at least 50 percent. They will never refund ur money in full...bad buisness...never buy it's a SCAM.

Don't go anywhere near this company. They take your money then it's downhill from there.

This product is a scam. In order to download the app you must give a credit card which directed me to movies to rent? That's predatory. After doing that the QR code would not download, therefore the camera's are useless waste of money

They don't give you the chance to review the order before submitting it ... you are clicking thru and then boom your order is submitted. Total scam.

couldn’t pair even when paired did not show image battery life 15 minutes, someone stole from the mount didn’t catch the thief. the loss was unfortunate but i saw the rainbow. Good luck to the thief you scored a dude.

This product is a scam. Very difficult to pair the product to the WIFI. I tried to get help from Customer service, they pretty much brushed me off and told me to read the directions, in a sarcastic kind way. 😒

SCAM !! They never send the product i complained and they charged me twice !!

Scam Scam, do not buy from these people. They do not honor even their warranty or offer to replace their defective equipment. These people are so dishonest that when you contact them your response goes hidden so you have not paper trail to show you contacted them because the way their website is set up. They ask you too keep filling out the survey instead of trying to resolve the matter. The return address isn't on the website or when you requested no one responded with the information. They wait until close to your 30 days is up to respond because their plan is not all you to return or replace your product. I am being to think they know their product isn't any good. They do not post the bad comments on their site because they don't want people to know how bad their product is and they do not honor their own policy. People beware because you don't want to lose your hard earned money. I need this camera because someone been coming in my yard unloosening my lug nut on my vehicle.

It’s a piece of junk that doesn’t even hold charges, even if plugged in it doesn’t work and you will not get your money back.

These are junk and the seller deletes all the negative comments. Video is not what they show, and the battery life is super short so they need to be plugged into usb power to work as described. I stupidly bought 4 of these and am stuck with them, 3 have never been opened so I’ll sell them cheap!

PLEASE! Do not purchase Vista focus miniature cameras for your home. I do not know where most of the other reviews came from in terms of other customers but I am completely dissatisfied with the customer service I have received from this company. When I had originally purchased the product I was told they had a rating of 4 to 5 stars plus looking on the ads as they were advertising them for the company in terms of budget wise it was a great price. However, once receiving the product getting started with using the camera was a bit confusing. They provide a barcode that you scan that will give you info in terms of uploading and getting your camera started. The directions were not clear it was pretty difficult to be able to look at the information given and try to put anything with the camera itself. I happen to do more research and came across something else that showed me how to properly install the Vista focus cameras. I reached out to customer service to get a response regarding the little itty bitty wire that they give you when you have to charge the cameras. My main issue with this product was would I have to take and recharge this mini camera each and every time the battery gets low and it needs to be recharged. That poses a problem for me because how would my home then have an opportunity of being surveillance and watched if every time this little mini camera runs out of power I would have to take time to take it down charge it. They got back to me once I asked them how long would it take for me to charge the camera no information provided. So do yourself a favor go to another company that will have great customer service and that will at least take the opportunity to get back to you regarding the product that you spent money purchasing from them. Truly disappointing I will have to look elsewhere.

This review is not in anyway connected to Vistafocus, but looked identical, theses mini CCTV cameras are being sold by many companies & my advice would be to check online before buying, there are lots of positive reviews & the ones that are negative, they have to realise that these cameras & many similar ones are selling for as little as £3 plus postage so you really can't expect too much, I made the mistake of watching the marketing videos that was just marketing, it's only after I read online that I immediately cancelled, customer service was really poor & I had to contact my credit card company, I eventually got a full refund & they still sent the cameras, I think I paid £60 for two, the quality certainly didn't reflect the price & £3 was about right, I couldn't get them to pair with the app & they went in the bin.....

I ordered 1 to see how they work. I never received it, I tried the tracking number, it was no good. Very disappointing.

Waist of time. Complete junk. Also denied refund. Also, all these positive reviews have to be fake. Little Chinese fingers typing away…..

Do not buy as they do not work on the 5G network. Also, after buying 3 at $39.99 each I was prompted to buy more for only $9.99 each.

AWFUL!I have spent over 12 hours so far, trying to get 2 ftyprocam cameras to work. I even enlisted a young neighbor. I got one to work briefly, but it goes offline when I try the other one. Never got a video on the second one, even when it says 'AP connected" or "logged in". Now, the app "has a bug" + doesn't work. You need an online written manual (camapp365.com), or you won't know how to set up the choices for motion detection, etc. If it says "disconnected", you can't access any if that, or reset, etc.The battery in the second unit dies after about an hour, + has to be plugged in.

I ordered 4 cameras including flash drive cards and extended guarantees. I opened only one camera and was not able to activate it. The instructions are poor and there is not tech support number. I contacted their customer support web site and they were of no help. When I asked to return the cameras they told me they will refund 35% of what I paid the. This appears to be a scam. Don't buy from them if you want to make your money good.

I ordered a camera from Vista focus and then read the complaints after wards and decided to cancel my order and I talked to a representative and he said he canceled my order. I never got a letter saying it was canceled or did I get a refund. This company scams everyone that orders from them and never respond back to your emails.

Another scam advert from this company (UAB Commerce Core) who run multiple adverts on YouTube for cheap, badly made products for inflated prices.
