Ich habe hier neulich eine gröÃere Bestellung an Loafern aufgegeben und bin sehr zufrieden mit der Erfahrung. Die Bestellung wurde schnell geliefert und die Loafer haben mich optisch und qualitativ ÃŒberzeugt. Lediglich das Einlaufen der Schuhe war eine negative Erfahrung, weil die Schuhe zu Beginn sehr eng sind. Nach dem Einlaufen passt aber alles einwandfrei und die Loafer sehen weiterhin super aus.
Die Retoure lÀuft ebenfalls einwandfrei und die RÌckerstattung erfolgt sehr schnell. Gerne wieder

Wow, never thought!!! Bought a pair of Sorell 12" hunting boots in 1974....still wear them hunting, maybe 20 time a year. 2004 bought a pair of BASS 10" hunting boots. Maybe wore them 10 times mostly just in snow!!! Loaned them to my son in law to go hunting with me and the leather upper completely parted from the rubber lower!!! Looks like the garbage rubber dry rotted!!! What utter junk!!!!!
Do not buy from GH bass
Shoes donât fit. Customer service non-existent. They have had my return for almost a month and not refunded my money. I shop online a lot. They have the absolute worst customer service. Abhorrent. Do not buy from this company.
Out of stock order after sale expired
Ordered, during a Labor Day sale, a particular style that was on sale and returnable (which was important to me as I wasn't sure of fit). They had just my size left. I received an order confirmation but no further email for the next 12 days. On the 12th day I called the hotline (which did, to their credit, pick up quickly) - and was told that it my item was on backorder (there'd been no online acknowledgment that this might be the case) and that they'd finalized the decision that they could not fill my order that morning. While I'd receive a refund, I was left outside of the sale period with no options to order a similar style at a similar value as they said that that could only be offered for the same style (which, of course, was out of stock/discontinued by that time). I'm extremely disappointed at both the lack of communication and lack of remedial options and will likely not be ordering directly from them again.
Broken Order Fulfillment Process & Terrible Customer Service
My order remained in an "unfulfilled" status for over a week. I contacted a chat agent on a Tuesday and was told the shipping would be expedited. But when I spoke to a call center agent named Cole Thursday he contradicted what was previously told to me, and advised me that I would not be able to receive an update on the status of the order until the next Tuesday..... Unacceptable.
I am a huge fan of GH bass Weejuns and I'm proud to have several pairs in my collection. But the experience with this transaction has faded my view of the brand. I ultimately had to call back and request a refund after ordering loafers through a different retailer... But at this point I have not gotten a confirmation that the refund will be issued.

GH Bass is not the company it used to be, neither in quality nor customer service. I am in the middle of an awful experience with this company. I returned a pair of sandals after the first wearing resulted in them falling apart. Customer service politely instructed me to send photos, and someone would follow up. After no one followed up, I contacted them again, and it was clear no one had addressed the return. After finally returning the shoes, I received an email acknowledging the return and that the refund could take up to 15 business days. Of course, there was no refund within the time period, so I called again. The agent said, âOh, so sorry but your return was not put into the system, and it will take an additional 5 business days. Itâs been almost 4 weeks, and I am still waitingâŠ. The craziest thing is the sandals are currently marked âfinal sale,â and there are no reviews. I wrote a review so that no one else gets screwed, but GHB refuses to post it. Terrible company.

I made the mistake of ordering a pair of loafers online. The website told me to size down half a size. I did. Too big. Returned them and ordered another pair, another half size down. Still TOO BIG. Ridiculous. No one should have to size down a size and a half just to get shoes that fit.
And hereâs the kicker: the first pair I ordered wasnât final sale. But by the time I reordered, the same loafers became final sale. Translation: Iâm stuck with a $100+ pair of shoes that donât fit. I won't even be able to re-sale them as I can't tell what size they really are!
I called customer service, thinking theyâd make it right. Nope. No return, no exchange, not even store credit. Just a cold âtoo bad.â
Yes, I shouldâve noticed the âfinal saleâ fine print. But letâs be honestâplenty of companies would work with a customer in a situation like this. G.H. Bass does not. Will not.

Sent me a pair of defective shoes
Sent me a pair of defective shoes. Customer service has literally refused any contact about it. I have called - they told me to email and that I would have a decision within 48 hours. I emailed again. It has been 10 days since my last email. The only decision that should be made is to stand by your product and replace or refund. I have called to follow up regarding emails - and CAN get a person on the phone - who is equally unhelpful "Yes we have you email and the proof...I can't do anything about it... maybe another 48 hours...now go away (paraphrased)". Unfortunate thing is the shoes actually look nice, fit well - but they have a fault and squeak constantly. Bass has refused to even respond. Literally - the worst customer service I have ever experience - I would never - ever - do business directly with the company again.

Horrible customer service. I ordered shoes over 25 days ago. Not updates and it still hasnât shipped. Ive called multiple times and get a runaround with no real answers. When I called most recently the lady on the phone was extremely rude. When she pulled my order number up she said âoh yeah I can see you have made A LOT of contact with usâ. Yes unfortunately I have had to contact them multiple times because no one is helpful and they all tell me different things. Extremely frustrating and horrible experience

Terrible experience! G.H. Bass does not value its customers. I was charged for shoes I ordered over two weeks ago and still havenât received them. I had to call customer service multiple times just to find out theyâre on backorder while still being sold online â still have not received even an estimate of when they will be shipped and no email or update from G.H. Bass at any point through this process. Representatives were unhelpful and rude, and my request for a supervisor call-back has been ignored. If the item is out of stock, why was I charged and why is it still listed as available?

I received an order confirmation but never got a tracking number. Customer service does not respond to any of my messages. This brand has no regard for its customers. It was an online purchase and I cant remember paying for the premium delivery, they came the next day with really decent tracking. Honestly canât fault them.
I would like to have spotted some American made product on their site but somewhat glad to see they've at least chose to have some of their products made in El Salvador and not China. A shame to hear though that some of their products are increasingly made in China.
They are terrible at refunds, not trust worthy
I bought a pair of loafers for my husband for Christmas and received them soon after. Unfortunately, they were much smaller than expected for a 9 Wide shoe. My husband asked me to return them, and I sent them back with Fedex prepaid label. I called a couple of weeks after and they said they had not received them. I kept calling every day after until they had received them. Finally, they sent me an e-mail with a credit that didn't include the tax I had paid. But the amount never showed up on my Capital One account. I had disputed it, and they gave me provisional credit. This is two months later, and Capital One says GH Bass says they didn't receive the shoes. I am sending Capital One proof of them acknowledging receipt of the shoe and their supposedly amount that should have been credited to my account. I will never buy from them again. You cannot trust this company.

Absolute crooks. Will nt refund you, youâll have to pester them with email and/or calls to get them to initiate a refund. They will claim there is an âerrorâ with their system. Do not buy unless you plan on not returning an item.
