Hayley Paulyn is an outstanding member of the Giant Team
Hayley Paulyn is an outstanding member of the Giant team. Many issues arose for me when dealing with Giant, Hayley was quick to deal and resolve them. When the issue required further investigation she kept me informed at all times. Hayley’s approach is 5 star.
Giant itself needs to make some of its processes far more transparent and easy to deal with.

Professional and prompt service

Excellent Customer Service
All the staff at Giant have been superb. Everything receives a super fast turn-around for excellent customer service. I recently have been dealing with Kristie, who helped me out very efficiently and effectively. I would recommend Giant to all. :0-)
