The whole process end to end was over all smooth! Luca was incredibly professional and helpful in making sure I had a successful completion.

Moving is very stressful for all of us, Gibbs Gillespie is very hands on, proactive and really helpful all the way, effective communication with both buyer and myself, I felt ease because I always know I can trust them, especially my move manager Luca.

My experience of Gibbs Gillespie has been really positive - each of the team who have supported me during my sale and purchase have been instrumental to getting the transaction over the line. Huge thanks to Sam Robbins for helping me navigate the buying process and getting be back on track when circumstances changed. My Move Manager, Luca Beltrami, was fantastic at pushing the process forward and liaising with the many stakeholders on each side. I appreciated Gibbs Gillespie having a slick processes, too, as not every company has this even in 2023. Moving home is always stressful so I am grateful for their support. Their deep understanding of the market and of people is really strong.

We have had a great experience with GG. When we put our house on sale, Sinead was extremely helpful and professional. All the other staff at the Ruislip, including Opinder, Sam and Ian have all been extremely helpful and supportive. Finally Luca has been great at keeping us up to date throughout the process. I am extremely grateful for their advice and guidance which has led to the successful sale of my house. A huge thank you to all the Ruislip staff who have been amazing during every step.

Terrible experience ! The sales people are very arrogant when they are talking to the customers. I hope they realize the market and understand that keeping customer happy and talking to them politely is the basic principle to any business.

Appalling lack of communication - no replies to emails, calls not returned, messages lost or not understood

We have nothing but such gratitude for Gibbs Gillespie, all the team have been so brilliant from start to finish. They made us feel every bit at ease with both of our transactions, nothing was ever too much to ask, always at the other end of phone to help with anything that we needed! They have been an absolute delight and we would never hesitate to refer their services to anyone that asked! Absolutely fantastic thank you so very much. We are now very excited to start our next chapter of our journey with a huge thanks to all the team for getting us here!

Terrible service during buying a property. Seller left trash in attic and garden,...but made sure to take thermostat and smoke alarm. I feel estate agent have responsibility to see smooth transition of process till keys are handed.. they ask to come to their office and pick keys and do not care what state house seller has left. I feel that service as unprofessional.
