Aqib Hamid (lead advisor) and Irene Treveil were helping me to sell my house. The time couldn't have been worse: post-pandemic, 2 wars (Ukraine and Iran) and a Buyer Market really. But they have successfully navigated through all challenges for over 6 months until the sales was completed. Aqib is very experienced and knowledgeable in judging Market conditions and calling the right sales price, he is also responsive and a very good negotiator that aims to get the best possible price for me. I trust and always stick with Gibbs Gillespie despite numerous offers from other agencies. Very very happy with the outcome.

If anyone is looking for an Estate Agent in Stanmore, then look no further as Aqib from Gibbs Gillespie is your man!
He is honest, straightforward, does exactly what he says he’s going to do and is first class at following thru.
Within 48hrs of taking our instruction, a photographer and room planner was arranged and within 10 days a brochure was produced to the highest standard.
Within 10 days, prior to launch 4 appointments were made off market.
Throughout the process Aqib kept us closely informed and was actively involved in smoothing the pathway to exchange!
We cannot thank him enough and have no hesitation in recommending their Stanmore Branch

Sales team specifically Mateusz and Aqib were very supportive and compassionate (there were moments…). They are calm and friendly while efficient and professional. They helped us with our purchase above and beyond. They are honest and don’t use «pushy» tactics. Definitely recommend!

I used GG to sell my flat and there were several complications along the way but Aqib helped massively to get the sale over the line. He was patient, proactive and went out of his way to chase the third parties to ensure the sale went through. Thanks Aqib.

Worst estate agents in town
Worst estate agents in town. Completely incapable of handling a deal. They wasted two months with no progress, and I had to constantly tell them what to do and what questions to ask the sellers. Customer service was awful, especially from Aqib. Very disappointing experience.

Attentive, reliable service
Mateusz was my guide for two recent viewings for a property in Stanmore. On both occasions he was punctual, professional and courteous, had excellent knowledge and listened closely to my questions and gave very helpful information. Nothing was rushed, I was given all the help I needed. Similarly all communication by email was excellent with quick responses. I would highly recommend Gibbs Gillespie, they inspire a great deal of confidence and are a pleasure to deal with.

Brilliance in the field of buying and selling - Thomas O' Leary is a very supportive estate agent!
We were delighted with the support we got from Thomas O'Leary at Gibbs Gillespie. Thomas has wonderful interpersonal and professional skills and ensured that he got great outcomes not only for us as the seller but also for the buyer. He was extremely responsive, reassuring and made the whole process smooth and efficient. I cannot recommend Thomas more highly, he is clearly an asset to Gibbs Gillespie. Patient and caring
Aqib in the Stanmore office helped sell my elderly parents house, he was patient and caring at all times and helped make the process go as smoothly as possible. I have no hesitating in recommending his services for anyone trying to sell their house!
