Good service. I am USA send gift to Kolkata. Excellent service!

I had tried another services as well but no one delivered my order on time. GTI is a perfect service to send gifts to India. I will keep using it. I wish they can add some more products like health products,Electronics etc.

It was around 10:30 pm CET in germany when i ordered a rose bouquet and few chocolates for my friend in delhi. I wanted them to be delivered by next day. I got the confirmation order by 4:50 am CET. Then i asked the customer helpline on whatsapp to make the delivery a little sooner( person in charge replied in like 3 minutes or so) and guess what within an hour they even delivered it. It was super fast. Roses were fresh. And i did not pay ridiculously high charges compared to other companies. Premium service, highly affordable. I love it.

Ordered a Cake & Bouquet for my wife and basically cannot fault the service from GiftstoIndia. I would definitely recommend & definitely be using their services again in the future.... Once again thank you so much team GiftstoIndia....keep it up 👍

Their hours say 7am-10pm India time for customer service hours. Called like a million times at 8:05 am (India time) but got no response. Same thing with the whatsapp chatting and calling number as well as the live chat. After 2 and a half hours of repetitive calling and attempting to find someone who will help me, a woman finally responded and helped me address my concerns. Overall, the experience was exhausting and time consuming, but I'm glad my issue was resolved.

I had ordered a fruit & flowers basket with two orders of pistachio & cashews . The nuts were stale almost like they were soaked in water with no crispness and the grapes in the fruit basket were really tart . First time ordering and was very unhappy with the results . Eatables have to be of a certain quality otherwise you are never going to have a return customer .

Horrible !! We ordered for a funeral25 roses to be delivered. They delivered some rotten white flowers. The family was waiting for the roses to decorate for the funeral.

My first and last time order with them. I always go with ferns and petals if I need to send something to india as there service and products are not days or months old like gift 24/7 products are. To be honest they don't even deserve 1 star I can't leave it blank so I had to choose one star if I could give them negative stars I would like to do that. Worst service order cake some chocolates and bouquet for a birthday. The cake was so bad it tasted gross, unhealthy, it was smelling. I called them 5-6 times and I reside in america so there business hours run according to india I called so many times but I am not gonna wake up whole night to talk to them I got my work to do. I got hold of them over the weekend and explained them what happened. What they said in return was oh we can compensate for another cake. Are you service after getting this service do you think I will order the cake again. No one wants to get sick again with your product. And they didn't bothered refunding me back instead said oh you should have called the same day which I did but no one answered as the call system is not 24 hour. What I want to say is make your day worse or want to make the other person day worse order with them

They were fast, very cooperative and very helpful! My aunt loved the flowers and the fruits. I live in US so they worked really well to make sure it got delivered in India!

I ordered a gift for my daughter online under Same Day Delivery. While making payment, I prefer Internet Banking. My bank is HDFC Bank and this bank is not available under Net Banking option. It is very surprising that such a renowned Indian bank is not available for Internet Banking payment. Another option of NEFT / Bank Transfer is available with HDFC Bank. So I required to make payment through NEFT. After successful payment, I can't complete the process of ordering the gift. Customer Service Desk (online assistance & WhatsApp No.) is working for limited time. So I couldn't get any help till 7:30 am.
Once it was confirmed about payment, staff at backhand completed the order. And I received the Order No. on my WA. That No. was wrong (typo error). I couldn't trace my order status.
Customer Service staff on WhatsApp provided correct order No. later.
This service at the backhand should be perfect & prompt...
All major govt & private banks should be available for Internet Banking payment option.
As per requirement, the gift is delivered at correct address on the same day. Quality & appearance is really good as mentioned on the website. Later got very good support from backhand staff on WhatsApp... Overall, I had "good to very good" experience.

Excellent customer service and on time delivery. Would really recommend someone to go through this.

I sent a Rakhi Hamper to my brother 2nd time from this website and both times the sweets in the hamper were expired, the customer service is of no help, 1st time we thought they might have send expired products by mistake but this is what they do. , would recommend not to use this service.

its not 1 but on numerous occassion, my orders were delivered after the occassion, not sure why they hire Blue Dart if they cant do their job, I am sorry but I had to give only 1 star as even the customer service is very very bad, no one responds. NOT WORTH and I am not ordering through this site ever.

I wish I can give 0 or ratings in negative. Very pathetic service, poor coordination, never ever use this website to deliver the gifts for your loved ones. I am never going to use this in future. I have ordered 1kg cake and they have delivered 1/2 cake. The support team has asked me how can I tell that the cake is just 1/2 kg and not 1 kg.. ?? Eehhhh… we even confirmed with the delivery guy that he has been asked to deliver 1/2 kg cake .
I have ordered orchids, they have delivered the roses however the confirmation mail says your ‘orchids’ are delivered. And the support team still says no madam, we have delivered the orchids. There was a message card, that was also not delivered. They have completely ruined mine and my loved ones day..

We agreed that they will refund me for remaining cake and correct flowers will be delivered the next day ‘as an apology’. That also didnot happen and now they are refunding me after wasting my 4 days followup with them, ruining my loved ones best day. It’s very pathetic..

I am really disappointed with their service such a waste of time service they provide its around month no one delivered my gift to my family back home they took money in advance now not giving me refund as well. No any updates or true reply for my parcel every time saying I’m waiting time mam. I am also done with their customer service agents they have no any respect for their customer
