Quick response to questions asked. Very clear details provided on the website about exactly what is available. Excellent email confirmations and communication with transfer people outlining exactly what's going to happen and when. All in all, they couldn't have done any better.

Not what we expected
Booked a large boat that was twice as expensive as a private transfer. Was rebooked to a private boat in the end, only plus was it took us to our destination.
**GiliBookings shortly reached out after my review. Willing to reimburse my ticket and stop selling trips through the local firm we was booked in with. A big plus for their swift action.

Really easy to navigate
Really easy to navigate. However it needs to be clearer about time if you are booking pick up as it appears to ask for boat time and not pick up time. However an email sent and it was rectified in a really friendly and easy way. Top marks for customer service.
