Outstanding service !
Unfortunately we had to cancel our trip to Bali.
Luckily we had the pleasure to be in contact with Axelle who were very helpful to cancel our ferry and taxi bookings.
In addition she agreed to reimburse our tickets.🙏
I strongly recommend Gilibookings!👍
This was not the same friendly attitude with HAVAS VOYAGE 👎our travel agency which gave us a 25% penalty…

Gili-island Transfer and Sudin Transport highly recommended
I had a great experience with Gili-island Transfers, who worked with Sudin Transport to provide seamless pick up at the Lombok Airport, drove my daughter and I to the port and put us on a boat to Gili Air. I made several changes to the reservation along the way and they were super professional, courteous, responsive, and efficient. The drivers were excellent and support staff amazing.

Booked a fast ferry plus hotel drop off…
Booked a fast ferry plus hotel drop off from the arriving port. Communication was great. Staff made we sure got on the right ferry at the first port and ensured we got with the right driver when we arrived at the second port. Even provided bottled water at port 1 and water bottle and a simple snack at port 2. Very friendly.
