Hotel was great food was excellent best new year i had. Tommy manager was great. All staff everybody got on great. This was dec 30. Till2 jan 25
It wen i got bk on coach the driver bust my balloon. We stop at perth. Then he went on drop people off then came bk. He got on bus started on me sayin u face tripping u u nearly greeting look at u u team gting beat. I said did not know score as i was not listening then he sat on drivers seat said this is for mrs moody there i said let me out he blasted simply the best. After he played it said hope u enjoyed rangers song i said to my pal. Let me out. At him she say just sit complaine by this time people i sat way 4 days. All guessed i was celtic fan he singled me out he was saterian towards me had old men n woman saying come on rangers. Wen they went by. My first trip way glenton my last as i sent email to glenton which i got replye back saying there sorry. What happen and driver will be spoken to. No discount for a trip no offer at all i felt like we girl was gting told off my five stars for cragilynn hotel as they were faboulas.
No notices up about day trip no times what time we leaving.
Never seen him whole weekend. Except breakfast. He was rude as my pal walk by he said carry on f×××××g walking. He so ignorent. But i was so angry wen i got off bus.
His attertude was terriable. He was rude. Told us to call him bob.
Glenton staff shud be on customer side not be arrogent towards customers that hoilday 549. Each person just show u dont care of customers but just get bus filled and get money in. It a joke im going bk this year way eclipes. So hope i have better respect from what i got off driver and glenton. Staff.
Glentons is not for me as if there was bunch young ones on bus i would of been attacked through this driver open his big mouth. Olive mcguinness.

Excellent choice of hotel with first rate food and rooms.
Great excursions, and coach.
Driver was friendly courteous and helpful.
Difficult to find fault with anything.

The driver was excellent . The trips were excellent but the evening meals were very disappointing with very poor choice of options. The breakfasts in contrast were very good. Overall a very enjoyable trip.

The trip was great. Pick up and drop off, door to door is a great bonus. The coach was immaculate and our driver, Graham, was brilliant.
We stayed at the 4 star Pullman hotel which is right next to Albert Dock. The hotel was lovely, room was great with very comfy bed and a great shower/ wet room. The only disappointment was the evening meal. There was a specific menu for our bus tour group, which I must say, gave 3 choices on the 3 courses. However I have to say that the food was not at all appetising. On the flip side, the breakfast was very good
Overall a great trip with a very good company and Liverpool is a wonderful city

Where was the little magazine? i miss that, it did help the hours go by and brought pleasure and information.

The holiday was very well organised , interesting trips ,the driver very helpful & patient on at times a difficult journey due to traffic jams. The hotel was good & the food was very good. The only disappointment , though it didn’t detract from our holiday, we didn’t feel it was a luxury coach , & we had no chargers on our seat , which on such a long journey was not so good

The hotel Bodelwyddan castle was fantastic. The food was great. The excursions were great and Allan the driver was also great. We had a brilliant holiday...which is nice!

Great holiday great experience as was first coach holiday we had done.great driver Ali .great hotel and good food.most of all great people we met.wall to wall sunshine helped to.

We’ve just returned from a holiday at Warners Alvaston Hall and we couldn’t fault anything. Firstly our driver Allan was great and organised the tour perfectly. Our hotel provided us with plenty of meal choices served by friendly staff and there was always plenty to do during the day. In the evening both main bars hosted musical acts. Will definitely use Warners & Glenton again.

Unhelpful hotel staff.the value of the holiday,not a bargain but not overpriced.

1st time on my own. Everyone made me welcome and I made nice friends. Everything was great and I will definitely be booking more tours

Good companions trip to Weston was excellent. Bus very comfortable,driver and host also excellent. The hotel was in great location. Very clean and comfortable. Food very good as was entertainment. Both trips Cardiff and bath well organised with plenty time to explore. Our free day was in Weston so plenty time to see sights. Finally the weather was warm and sunny

The holiday was good. The coach was clean and comfortable and the driver was safe. The hotel was good and clean. Food was good and staff were inexperienced but willing. Trips to Cardiff and Bath were interesting and we did not stay too long (4.5 hours).
The only criticism is that we had to wait 45 minutes for someone who was late due to to assuming she would be picked up at home. This got the rest of us slightly angry and agitated. Someone said if we were at an airport we would be left behind. 15 minutes should be the longest wait for someone. Altogether it was a really good holiday.

A Glenton Bus driver has been driving dangerously and risking cyclists’ safety in Edinburgh. It’s a shame that drivers don’t pay attention to the public!

Mum & me just had a great New Year break with Glenton’s at The Grand Hotel in Llandudno. We each had a Double room which was clean, warm & comfortable, the hotel staff were friendly & helpful. We were given a free bottle of bubbly on Hogmanay which was a lovely surprise. Food was good with plenty of choices. The entertainment at the hotel each night was great. Loved the Hogmanay ABBA tribute act & on New Year Day evening Deeno was brilliant - everyone loved him & wanted an encore so he did 2 more songs! I had booked the Mystery Hogmanay 4 day break & we were really happy with our holiday. Included in our package was a day trip to Chester which was lovely. Excellent value for money. Would definitely book again.

This is a superior coach travel company with first class coaches and drivers not sure about the necessity of a host as he doesn’t do anything to enhance the holiday experience just had an excellent time on the three countries tour based in Holland at the hotel walrum in valkenburg food was a bit disappointed but otherwise excellent hotel in great location for touring Europe excellent day off spent getting the train to Maastricht first class train nice and clean very fast and easy to navigate around station.

I’ve had quite a few holidays with Glenton. From day trips, UK, Ireland and Continental. Can’t fault them. Always enjoyed myself.

Very good hotel and driver. Interesting excursions.
