Clubs came quickly and in very good condition
I had a very good experience getting my pre-owned clubs from Global Golf. The order took a couple of days to be shipped (I had them put new grips on which they tell you upfront). I had no issue reaching out to chat with an agent online to find out status of when it would be shipped and they were spot on. The clubs arrived 2 days after being shipped and were in Very good condition as advertised along with all the new grips installed perfectly.

Ordered a set of irons from GlobalGolf. They shipped via Fed Ex and Fed Ex lost the package (a whole other story). I didn't get any help from Fed Ex finding my package so after a week I emailed GlobalGolf customer service and let them know. Within an hour they replied to my email, apologized on behalf of Fed Ex and refunded my money. That's how it is supposed to be done. Kudos the GG customer service team !!!!

Beware shoppers in Canada. They are totally dishonest and untrustworthy. Do not expect the quality of the items to be as advertized, their mistakes will cost you money. Refunds are never full, they "mistakenly" use the USD prices, even though it clearly tells you the CAD price when you order it and then when you see your actual charge on your credit card, it converts the USD price to the CAD cost so you land up paying about 40% more. We called them less than 10 minutes after we made the purchase and their office was closed, and when we finally reached them, they said that cancellations have to be made in a 15 minute window. Terrible customer service, don't be fooled by their so called policies of fairness and honesty.

Do not use Global Golf
I ordered a used Driver through global golf with condition as 'Value'. The website defines these clubs as in 100% playable condition. However, the club arrived with a damaged head and crack in the shaft. I took the club to the driving range to try it out and just from the sound of hitting a ball, the club clearly arrived damaged and unusable.
I contacted Global Golf for a refund who initially said they can only offer store credit, and I would have to cover the international shipping costs which are around £50.
Having engaged in a long back and forth with them and sharing photos of the damaged club, they finally agreed to providing me a full cash refund. Despite achieving the full cash refund in the end, this was a very disappointing purchase and the service was poor throughout the process.

I ordered some used irons and got them quickly. Then I ordered a matching used driver on 8/9/25. It took 2 days for this to get to FedEx in Raleigh NC for free shipping. That is when the nightmare began. The package stayed in NC for 10 days before limping to WV, OH, IN etc. I wanted this driver for an incoming golf trip a called and emailed GlobalGolf numerous times about my deadline. All I got was promises to contact FedEx which never materialized. I left on my trip 8/24/25, 15 days after my order and apparently the package was delivered on 8/26/25. I say apparently, because I am not at home and have no idea if it will still be there when I return in several days. I tried to contact FedEx many times but it is almost impossible for a recipient to talk to a human. I received emails from them that delivery was scheduled for 8/16/25 and 8/22/25, without receiving the package. I asked GlobalGolf to contact and return the package to their store but they did NOTHING!
I personally will never use Global Golf again because of their terrible customer service and am hoping that my driver will still be at my home when I return from my (new driverless) golf trip.

They are horrible. I ordered a very nice refurbished wood on Jul 9th and was promised a delivery date of July 14th for a tournament I was playing in. As of today, still no club. Iâve been watching the Fed EX tracking and it has been sitting in Concord, NC since Jul 10th, 8 days after I ordered it. Iâve called GlobalGolf customer service twice and have basically gotten no where except for them blaming Fed Ex. Maybe it is a problem with that particular Fed Ex office, but be that as it may, GlobalGolf has a responsibility to its customers as well. Where was the email telling me that it would be late? (Amazon is all over that kind of thing.) GlobalGolf could care less that this happen and offered nothing. In fact the guy I justed talked to said you may hear back Monday or Tuesday. I said, are kidding. His response was âwell it is the weekend.â Fed ex doesnât work on weekends??I then asked to speak to a customer service manager. He said, hang on, he puts me on hold for a long time and then, you guessed it, the phone went dead.
I will be returning this club again and never buy another thing from them. Donât do itâŠ.they donât care about you or what you are buying.
Iâm planning to also post this everywhere I can on social media. Why give business to them when there are thousands of other great businesses to buy from who actually care about customers.
