Very positive buying experience, I received a phone fitting for my driver and saw some great results! Nice value on my trade in also.
I sent four clubs to them
I sent four clubs to them. I was told after shipping my total would be a check for 98. Dollars. The check came today and it was for 58. At no time was I told a different amount would be given. This is a very dirty thing to do. If you call this good business,then don't. These guys now seem a little crooked.
Ordered 4 ping irons to fill out myâŠ
Ordered 4 ping irons to fill out my set. g730 with ping graphite shafts. While this appears to be custom, the only custom part is I didnât need a 7 iron. Next smart they responded with their âtimeline eatinatesâ of 3-5 weeks and how âtransparent they will beâ. 5 weeks pass, nothing. So I reach out, next day response is âoh theyâve been back order d until late Novemberâ. Which would put the date 10-11 weeks after my order. Guess it was a good thing I asked because I think they just figured out they didnât PLACE my order, how ironic their new estimate was 5 weeks out. Will be taking my business elsewhere from now on if they canât even communicate out important info like âyour clubs will be delayed by double!â Another shady business with poor customer service and trust problems. Just what we need. My advice, stay away from them

Poor experience. Purchased a LAB putter recently and when it arrived was in horrible shape (huge dent in the face making it unplayable). 2nd Swing issued a return label and after a couple weeks they dinged me for 20% restock fee and $15 for the shipping label. I called them up and reconfirmed that they shipped me a damaged club. They ended up crediting the 20% restock fee and I was fed up and just told them forget about the $15 shipping fee. Not a great experience for a crappy product.
Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. Ordered a putter that took 10 days to arrive. When I decided to return it they charged me 20 percent restocking fee. Luckily I took pictures of club so they agreed to refund restocking fee. It has been 8 days still waiting for refund. Never Again.

I ordered a set of irons from 2nd Swing Golf. Competitive price. Free shipping. There was a problem with the irons. I worked with their customer service and they were wonderful. Iâll buy again from them and recommend others do as well.

Excellent customer service
This company is awesome! When I received my first order (in 3 business days), the club arrived broken, which was a huge disappointment. However, the customer service rep I spoke with, Tyler, was quick to locate another club for me with the exact specifications and rating and shipped it to my home in two days. Will definitely use again.
Driver Fitting
I called in and spoke with Brent over the phone. He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. In less then 20 minutes Brent found me an ideal driver in my price range and skill level. The entire process was easy, can't wait to use my new club!
I just purchased a set of Ping G440 irons.
I was able to trade in some old clubs and reduce the price of a new set of Ping G440 irons and fairway woods. I already had my fitting paper work. Thanks to Rob T. for assisting me in the building of my new set.
Great staff and choice of equipment
Attended 2nd Swing in Scottsdale. All staff were very helpful, able to try any clubs out in the bays, no time limits. Ended up part exchanging old wedge and buying new driver and wedge. Rob T at the till was very helpful. Great place to buy clubs.

Ordered a club thru 2nd Swing, thru no fault of theirs, an OEM sent a club with the wrong putter grip. i called 2nd swing, within a day the OEM had alread shipped the new club with the correct grip.

Club condition way off
The club description and pictures were completely off base from the club that was delivered. When they say average conditions shows normal wear on a club I wouldnât expect the face of a driver to look like it was used to hit rocks with pitting and scratches all over the face. On top of that they donât replace items like that, I have to return the club and then make another purchase. I definitely wouldnât recommend for others in the future when there are much better used club sites out there.
Update: 2nd swing reached out to me after seeing my review and did actually go above and beyond to make things right so in the end I was satisfied with how my purchase ended up. Hopefully they will also take the advice of making returns or exchanges a little more streamlined for the consumer as well. Their response moved their 1 star review up to 4 stars though.

Iâve had nothing but great experiences with my online purchases of great quality used items. The items were in the condition as described as promised. The ordering / delivery process is clear and easy to follow. Product was sent promptly with professional follow up to check on satisfaction. Iâve recommended 2nd Swing to many friends.
Never Give Them Your Phone Number
Never give them your phone number. I thought it was weird when signing up that they ask for my phone number. But I gave it to them. Immediately within this first 2 days after giving them my number, I received no less than 50 spam calls. And thats just within the last 2 days. Not sure how long it will last. Just give them a fake number. They require a phone number. Now I know why.

This is the second time I have had the pleasure of working with Jim Acee. This time was for a set of irons. He is extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We decided on Ping I530 and I couldn't be happier. I know of other people who have gone to second swing and I have yet to hear a negative comment. Keep up the good work
Not a great experience
1) Veeery slow communication
2) Did not have several of the items I ordered upon closer stock inspection.
3) Veeery slow to ship the order (took about 10 days before it was even shipped)
4) Send me the wrong shafts and will not let me return them.
EDIT: Sorted out a satisfactory compromise, so 3* instead of just 1*
I could not have been more pleased with the experience.
I took my teenage son today. I did not know what to expect. I figured it probably involved a close review of his swing and then some (mostly) objective counsel on what to buy. It was so much more than I expected. Besides the amazing technology that put out amazing analytics on my son's swing, the club fitter, Pat Garrison, was absolutely tremendous. The manner in which he could interpret the screen and analyze the swing--and my strong sense that he was giving us objective advice--really made this a great experience. Pat was clear, knowledgeable, and patient, and he really came across as a true pro. I was totally pleased, as was my son, with the whole experience.
Easy return procedure.
I ordered a wedge, then someone finally handed my lost wedge in at the golf club so I didn't need the one that I had just purchased.
They have sent me a prepaid shipping label to send the wedge back to them and say that they will refund my purchase.
If this all happens, which I feel it will, I really couldn't have had better service.
