My prepaid SIM card was suddenly suspended. Waited two hours at the shop only to get told I have to wait for mail. They don't explain or have a freaking clue. The mail told me it is suspended because of suspicious activities. That doesn't make sense, I was never able to make any calls, I just didn't report it before. No warning, no questions before, nothing. Now I sent the required information, but I don't have hope, they seem to be incompetent. think I just better get a Smart card and forget about the rest of my load. It's ridiculous.

You have unlimited calls but also unlimited no connection. Itâs robbery that you even charge for your service. And mobile internet coverage is just as bad. You can offer 100gb it doesnât matter when you barely get connection of a few gb and when you do itâs snail speed. You guys have major issues and need to focus on customer service than trick your customers with fancy marketing out of their peso.

Don't use it! You might find your number unusable after a few months. Happened to me twice and after 3 hours queuing in their badly organised shops the first time they had no record and second number, spent 2 days on customer support being asked the same questions intermittently over and over like a merry go round. No wonder The Philippines is so broken when basic essential services are unworkable and so hopeless.

Disgraceful. The only support you can get when you're not in philipines seems to be through their globeone app, so if your concern is that you can't log into the app because you didn't receive the stupid one time pin code that they're supposed to send via sms then there's nothing you can do, you cant pay your bills, you cant change your plan, you cant get support, etc etc. What kind of logic is that? I hate their app's stupid 2 factor authentication system. If this company ever goes bankrupt, I'll break out the champagne.

Globe has the worst customer service. Imagine, I have to wait 3 hours just to be accommodated regarding my sim recovery. I submitted an affidavit of loss because I had to dispose my phone due to the battery became bloated and not even one phone technician can open it. They advised me to dispose as it might explode. The phone is made of solid steel (basic china phone). I waited for an update as they said they will contact me to no avail. It has been my number for almost 12 yrs and take note it was registered early this year and they won't let me recover my number that's also used as my Gcash. Worst customer experience ever.

They promote the globe on app and they removed the customer service hotline.... then it redirects you to a bot in facebook chat before you get to a chat with the most useless representatives you can talk to. They say they can't process your inquiry and there was an error or whatever drivel and says they are processing and they never contact you again..... removing the hotline was the most stupid move they could make.
FINALLY SWITCHING TO ANOTHER ISP AFTER 12 YEARS...
I had been a loyal customer of Globe for over 12 years and have not had any serious complaints during that duration. However, recently, their service had become very poor, with the internet getting slower and slower each day. At first, I thought it was only temporary and would probably be fixed in the next few days, but apparently it was only getting worse. I have never had experienced this level of frustration with this ISP in those 12 years I had been using their service. Their customer service was even worse. I reached out to them via messenger and within just 24 hours, my complaint remained unresolved, with the agents just passing me around and no one willing to help me with my concern. I spoke to four different agents in those 24 hours and not a single one provided a solution. They would only ask about my concern and then stop responding. Several hours later, another agent would reach out again, asking the same question and then leave me hanging again. Incompetent agents! I am very done with this internet service provider. BYE!
Exploitive Policies to squeeze more money from you.
They will take your money more than you need to pay. Paid a mobile data plan of P2499 on Nov 4, wanted to down grade and was told I must change it by Nov 17. Did So, but I must pay the new plan of P1,499. I asked if I can wait until Dec 3rd so to not waste my 1 month of P2499, they said no, and thereâs no way around it. So I was forced to pay P1499 and wasted P2499 for that same month. Theyâll try to squeeze money from you with their exploitive policies.

Garbage. If you are a foreigner and you come to the Philippines do not even think to purchase this garbage at the airport. It is like signing for a scam.
