The GloriaFood Online Order platform offers a remarkably simplified user interface for everything from website creation to management. Although I am still relatively new to the platform, the customer support chat located in the bottom right corner has consistently provided me with the information I need within ten minutes. Importantly, the responses come directly from human agents, not AI, which ensures more accurate and reliable assistance. This is a different level of customer service compared to those that just use AI to send out old blog posts or manuals.

This is the best, simple and also complete management for takeaway and menu FOR FREE that i've ever tried.
Support is always up and they are very kindly answering every questions. Also, the interface for create a menu with options and additions is super simple; other expensive services like this are very complicated to use. A+++

I urgently needed to set up our online ordering app (we’re in the pizza business).

I have recently signed on as a partner. I honestly think their service so far has been unrivalled. the product is good, the pricing is good but the service is just something else. i feel i should shout out to Julian who has helped loads but then i remember Marius, Vlad and Dragos who have all helped me immensely through my onboarding. None of them have ever made me feel guilty about asking what must be a stupid question sometimes!
