Such an amazing experience and very uplifting!
If there was one slight bad thing to say, it would be that through “winning” the competition, I was offered a £100 voucher to put towards any photos. However when reviewing the photos and bringing this up, I was told that the voucher was only valid if I was to buy one of their bundles..this was not disclosed at any point before then so that was a little disappointing

The women at Glow Up Studio Manchester are one of a kind! The work is to the highest standard from Hair to Makeup to the actual photography as well as all the customer care and kindness. These women are incredible! A special mention to Anastasia, Hannah and Chantelle who looked after me yesterday. The work these women do is so very important and something they should be so proud of, they spend their days uplifting women, making women see their true value and beauty, giving women confidence which is absolutely priceless!! If you get the opportunity to go and have a shoot with these ladies...do not hesitate!

I had such an amazing experience at **Glow Up Studios** and would absolutely recommend it to any woman looking to regain her confidence and feel amazing about herself.

From the moment I arrived, the staff were so friendly, welcoming and supportive. I was treated like a VIP from start to finish, having my hair and makeup professionally done before the photoshoot, which made me feel really special and completely looked after.

During the photoshoot, the team made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. Their encouragement and guidance helped me step outside my comfort zone and truly enjoy the whole experience.

I was also absolutely amazed by the **professional quality of my photograph**. The attention to detail, lighting and overall finish were incredible, and I was so happy with the final result. You can really see the skill and professionalism that goes into their work.

It was so much more than just a photoshoot — it was a real confidence boost and an experience I’ll remember for a long time. I came away feeling empowered, beautiful and proud of myself.

Thank you so much to everyone at **Glow Up Studios** for such a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend it to any woman who wants to rediscover her confidence, celebrate herself and have beautiful professional photos to treasure. ❤️✨

Absolutely loved my photoshoot today, was made to feel welcome on arrival and treated to a glass of Prosecco followed by a full glam makeover with hair and makeup done, the MUA/hairstylist asked what look I wanted for my shoot and I was so happy with the result, when I say she made my eyes pop I mean it!! I was then escorted through to wait for my photographer, who introduced herself and took me through to a beautifully made up room. We then discussed my outfit choices and agreed on 3 outfit changes. I was made to feel comfortable, beautiful and empowered throughout and when I got to view my photos all I can say is wow!! My hubbys going to eat me up after seeing these!!

Fabulous time, met on arrival fantastic welcome and loads of drinks. Staff were all friendly and professional experience was wonderful. Would highly recommend and pictures were amazing.

Been to the Leeds studio today was lovely make up and hair was beautiful Beth was absolutely lovely!! Photographer was absolutely amazing made me feel really good in myself. Complimented me and made me feel really comfortable and I really enjoyed being photo'd. Reception staff were also really friendly and lovely the atmosphere is lovely I had a really good experience whilst here thanks to all at glow up studios in Leeds💕💕💕

My best friend and I were the first-prize giveaway winners for a boudoir photoshoot this month and we were treated like absolute princesses. I feel happy speaking for her as well when I say we have never felt as confident or beautiful in our entire lives. Chantelle, Bella, Anastasia and the rest of the team are all absolutely incredible. The hair and makeup artists took all of our worries/insecurities into account when working on our looks, and the photographers were so chatty and fun that we weren’t nervous at all during the shoot itself despite being in such a vulnerable/nerve-wracking position. Bella was also extremely fun to talk to as we were having our photos reviewed and Chantelle was as well, which made the experience even more enjoyable. They hyped us both up massively!!
Everyone, thank you all so so much. My photoshoot has completely transformed the way I see my face and my body. I have never felt as good in my own skin EVER, and I will cherish my pictures for the rest of my life!

I had a modelling shoot at House of Glow Up in Manchester yesterday and couldn't fault the experience. Bella greeted me first and was so welcoming, which set a great tone from the start. Bryan, the photographer, was excellent at directing throughout the shoot. At the end, Chantelle talked me through the package options with absolutely no pressure to buy. Really enjoyed the whole experience and would recommend to anyone considering a shoot.

Honestly, going into the process I was worried about how this would improve myself and the thoughts I had about myself and my confidence. But house of glow up really helped improve my thoughts and gave me a huge boost to my confidence. The ladies were truly outstanding and super welcoming. The entire experience felt so truly wonderful and exceeded my first impressions. Everyone is truly gifted in their career from makeup and hair to photography and making me feel comfortable.

Today I attended a photoshoot at House of Glow up following a win on a Instagram campaign that they had.
From the moment I won, they made contact with me to let me know i was the winner and what the plan and next steps were for booking in and coming in for my boudoir shoot!
They followed up comms on the phone with emails or text so I wouldn't lose track.
Forward to today I was pleasantly surprised with the parking options considering how close to town this is and took the opportunity to do street parking which made this free for me.
I was met by a lovely lady on the desk who booked me in and shared a consultation form to complete (also had rose proscecco-luurrvvllyy!)
Once completed I was into the make up station with a lovely artist who asked me what i wanted and checked in with me throughout the application to see i was comfortable and happy with my make up - which i was. My hair was already straight so no much work was needed and they were more than happy to let me take creative control of my hair. All products for me worked and seemed for sensitive skin with numerous high end and high street products which I loved the mix off.
After this my photographer came to take to the room for the shoot. She asked we what I had brought, what order would I like to wear them in and then took creative control and led me through the poses and expressions. She was lovely. There were additional props in the room also. There were several photo backgrounds in one room which made this easy to manover around and moved to another room for a different vibe entirely. This was fine as the room was directly across with care and consideration as to whether others would be around and a privacy curtain used. Several shots were taken - with encouragement and guidance and I felt happy when the session was over. I had taken 3 outfits so had 3 changes through my shoot but the room was private and I had a fan to keep cool between takes.
After the shoot I waited to see my edited photos. These were edited based on my preference from the consultation form and I was met with another great team member who was very complimentary of the finished products. She was knowledgeable on the offers that House of Glow up had and what packages that I would be interested in. No hard sell, comfortable and relaxed vibes with an open opportunity to explore this if I wished to do so. I chose my photo that I wanted and this was instantly sent to me via email. Quick, fast no faffing about and I am really happy with the end product!
Overall I had a fab day, felt like a special lady and came home with a little photo of me to look back on and celebrate myself.
The only thing I would say is when you are booked in for a shoot - bring some lunch as you can eat in whilst waiting for your photos - i didn't think to bring anything and had to go to the shop but other than that faultless. Give yourself the full day as they are really busy doing fab shoots so things may run over or you may find yourself waiting around a little.

We went to Glow-up studios as my friend 'won' a photo shoot for her birthday. The experience started well, but it didn't end well. The images we bought were digital, cost £150 each and still have not arrived 2 weeks later.

During the experience, which lasted over 5 hours in total, we were split up and left to sit around in separate areas of the studio on our own. During this time, we did get our make-up and hair done. The make-up artists were lovely and very good at their jobs. That part of the experience was 4* for me.

However, the photo shoot part was not particularly great for me. I didn't feel empowered by it and half the time felt the photos would not showcase my best features. It was around 5pm when the photographer started to take my photos. By that time it did feel a bit rushed and like I was at the end of a conveyor belt. I understand they are professionals, but taking photos of the top of my head when I have greying, thinning hair and being asked to look down when I have a double chin is not a great feeling. Moving around to create the boudoir poses made me feel dizzy.

We had to wait to see the images whilst they were edited. I do not know what this editing consists of, but many of the images I saw were blurred and 'smoothed out'. I think this just made me look featureless. I wasn't consulted about this editing. I assume it meets the current expected standards, but I didn't like most of the photos. I found about half a dozen that I liked and narrowed it down to 2 to buy, neither of which was boudoir. After I paid, I was promised the digital image by email within 1- 24 hours. That was on the 15th July; it's now the 28th, and I'm still waiting for them.

If I could give 0 I would. Complete scam from the minute you take the phone call. They ask for £35 ‘deposit’ even though you’ve ‘won’… I was told it was refundable but nothing had been refunded. After the photo shoot I was bearded into a room to see the photos, that were really good might I add, and then asked for £1000 just there and then like it was nothing! Then when I said I didn’t want to pay I was ushered out and that was the experience over for me, completely humiliating.

everyone was so kind and made me feel so comfortable, makeup and hair was stunning and it felt like such a safe space the whole time. 10/10

All the staff were so friendly, loved my hair and makeup . The photographer was so friendly and made me so comfortable. Overall everything and everyone was amazing and couldn’t recommend this place more 😊

The photoshoot was lovely. Make up artist lovely. Photographer lovely. I had to wait a long time to view my photos, which would have been fine if they had told me how long I was waiting, I could have left and come back or brought a book. No pre-warning of the prices. The prices were so high. I felt so embarrassed during my viewing, I couldn't just say I can't afford this. She was very pushy and wanted me to spend more than I could afford. I ended up spending £500 on 5 photos (and that's with 2 of them on the house). I loved the day, I just wish there was more transparency about the prices from the start so I could prepare. My photos are stunning and I'm very glad I did it.

The team at Glow up Studios made me feel very welcome, comfortable and confident.

Photographer was amazing at direction, it made my experience fun and easy.
I would recommend anyone to treat yourself to this experience for a pick me up or treat!
