The photographer was amazing! The stylist/ make up artist was amazing too

Amazing, empowering and accepting great gang of female artists.
Thoroughly enjoyed my Glow Up experience. Go on ladies, treat yourself!

After entering a boudoir competition from Glow Up Studios, I won!
I couldn't believe it to be honest.

I entered the competition to boost my confidence after having surgery.
After a diagnosis your whole world flips like a switch.
The constant worrying, MRI'S, CT scans & blood test to maintain monitoring & safe recovery.

On arrival I was greeted by the lovely receptionist Jennette with a lovely smile on her face & I was offered a drink.
She made sure to check on me throughout while I waited to have my make-up done.

Excited for the opportunity to have the shoot done but nervous at the same time.
But I knew I had to do it!
The make-up artiste Sandrene made me feel so comfortable & always asked if I was happy throughout the process.

The photographer Natalie was attentive & had a key eye for detail & perfection.
She captured my curves & beauty in every shot.
I felt my confidence creeping back in after a few poses.
I felt empowered & strong as the woman I once was.

Sitting looking at my photos with the viewer Caitlin, she asked what made me enter the competition?
Nervous, but I decided to share my story.
She said I looked absolutely beautiful in all my photos & was happy to gift me all the photos in colour & black & white.

My eyes welled up & I bursted out in tears.
Make-up was running down my cheeks. Caitlin cuddled me which showed so much empathy.
My cry was of great joy & it showed I was seen & my life still goes on.

Overall my experience with Glow Up Studios has been amazing.
I am grateful for the opportunity & would definitely recommend to family & friends.

I was very nervous turning up as never done this experience before. All staff are lovely & professional. Love my hair & makeup & the photographer was very helpful with the posing & made me very comfortable & confident. Amazing experience 💜

I won this experience through a facebook competition, something that you don't think will happen to you! All the staff from start to finish made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. The hair and makeup artist took into consideration what look I wanted to go for. The photographer was very proffessional and talked me through what poses to do and was very complimentary and showed me some pictures as we went along which put me at ease. My reason for doing this shoot was because I had my second son via emergency c-section at the beginning of the year and have struggled with the recovery mentally and physically so this was about making myself feel better about the body I have now and to feel positive and have fun with it. All the staff have made this come true and I'm very happy with the experience as a whole. Would definitely reccomend it to anyone tempted!

Professional and friendly staff

This experience was absolutely phenomenal highly recommended went in feeling highly deflated due to bad experiences somewhere else but house of glow up from start to finish this experience was truly life changing thank you to every member of staff

Very nervous to start with as i’ve never done any experience like this before. Everyone was so kind as soon as i walked in the door offering me a drink and asking about my travels! The photoshoot was amazing, takes so much stress off you being told how to pose so you don’t have to think about where to put your hands etc. Made to feel comfortable and relaxed! 100% recommend!!!

Had a lovely experience at Glow Up, the ladies all made me feel very empowered and comfortable, absolutely in love with my results! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a confidence boost! 💕

My wife came in for a boudoir photo shoot and the service from start to finish was amazing the staff were so friendly and helpful from the hair and make up the staff that greeted us and the photographer the whole day was just fantastic throughout

House Of Glow is a bedrock of excellence. From the first point of contact to the continued assurance updates allowing you to truly get the best possible experience, this is a masterclass in person-centred grace and quality.

I absolutely enjoyed this experience and can only attest to such brilliant people that actually take the special effort to make you feel appreciated and welcome at all times as though you're royalty irrespective of background. Something that i would highlight is the fact that this excellent team never pressure you to purchase anything and in fact enable you to identify your own strengths and potential opportunities. The staff are phenomenally professional- Front Of House, Reception, the Hair & Make-Up, Photographers, Management and ICT Personnel who are always checking that your needs are being catered for.

I was actually wowed at how sympathetic they were during the Heatwave making extra special effort to ensure that everyone besides myself was hydrated and comfortable inbetween the PhotoShoots. You're never rushed and everyone is so charming even all the other clients who evidently take a pride in coming.

If I could recommend a First Class Organisation that brings out everyone's USPs it is this one. Very encouraging to see men and women of all ages and locations travelling some considerable distances just to be a part of the House Of Glow Story. I very much and wholeheartedly can attest to a 10/10 Service for both Men & Women.

I have to say I was very skeptical on my way here after reading some of the 1 star reviews however that skepticism was melted away as soon as I walked through the door.

Every single member of staff was so welcoming and bubbly. After filling in my form I was offered my drink and quickly then to hair and make up. The artist did an AMAZING job with my look and hair (I’m always scared of my getting my hair done as I’m mixed). I felt absolutely incredible once done up and ready for the shoot.

Then the photo shoot itself! My god, the photographer was incredibly nice and empowering. The vibes were immaculate and allowed me to really feel confident and let loose! The pictures came out incredible and I would highly recommend this experience to anyone wanting to feel sexy and powerful! Thank you all!!

So on Friday 26th June I went to Glow Up Studio in Manchester for my first ever boudoir photoshoot. In the days leading up to this my anxiety took over and I kept telling my partner I didn't want to do it cause im so self conscious of my body (i have recently lost 3.5st but my skin didnt bounce back as quick). He kept telling me to just get there and see how I feel once in there and I agreed. However upon arrival my anxiety went through the roof and I won't lie I had a bit of a breakdown with it all amd came very close to walking out. Mandy came and spoke with me and informed me that I was actually the winner for June which meant that I got the full experience which also included all my photos. I was still unsure whether I actually wanted to go through with it but Mandy was so amazing, kind, and just had such a great vibe, she had me smiling within just a few minutes of speaking. She then took me on a little tour of the studio and before I knew it I was in the chair getting my hair and makeup done with the most delicious glass of wine (which really helped with the nerves). My photographer made me feel so comfortable and confident during the shoot itself. She knew exactly what poses to put me in and I had so much fun doing it, at no point feeling silly or weird or anything like that. After the shoot was done Mandy came and spoke to me and my partner again while we waited for editing to be done before we went to the viewing room and we had such a good laugh. I was really worried about how the photos would come out because I am really self critical and notice every flaw, but when I say I was amazed at how great the photos came out I mean I was truly amazed. The confidence I had when viewing was unbelievable and days later I still feel just as confident. My partner even said about going back for a couples photoshoot cause of how great the photos and just whole experience was. Im really looking forward to going back to Glow Up Studio Manchester, and working with Mandy and the team again. Thank you so much guys for giving me back my confidence. You have no idea what it means to me x

I woke up and was so nervous about the whole day I was thinking of ways to get out of it but all I can say is that I am so glad I did it!! What an amazing and empowering experience, from the moment I walked in I was made to feel at ease with the make up artist not only making me feel amazing but totally comfortable. Everyone was amazing and so complimentary they make you feel comfortable and really do make the experience amazing. Would highly recommend!!

I was made to feel comfortable once I got in and the hair and makeup lady was absolutely lovely! My photographer was also great, and make me feel way less insecure and helped me pose because I didn’t know how to. One thing that bothered me was the wait times, and the receptionist staff just disappearing randomly. I waited over 2 hours to even see the photos and there were no staff around. All round lovely experience in terms of the photos, but the staffing and wait times made them seem unco-ordinated and a bit rude.

Very friendly staff! Got an an appointment right away.
