I am absolutely shocked and distressed watching the video of the police brutality in the Manchester airport video. And these are the people who are supposed to protect and serve you?! The officer who kicked that boys head in and all the other police offers who watched and did nothing need to be sacked!!!!!!

They are not fit to give service to people. They don't have any law and order over themselves. Just kicking people on head. Shame on them.
Police duty is to charge people and send them to court, gather evidence.

They need basic training on not kick or step on someones head when that person is already on floor face down, along with his elderly mother.

Are GMP following in the footsteps of the MET? Shooting a dog that many of the neighbours said was not dangerously out of control. From as much as the video I could watch this looked like a dog being inquisitive as to what was going on. If armed police can turn up why not someone equipped with a sedation gun.

We live in Warrington and rang GMP this evening with concerns about a vulnerable relative who lives in Ashton-under-Lyne. We were concerned that we were wasting their very valuable time, but our call handler, Laura, was very sympathetic and supportive. An hour later we received a phone call on an officer’s phone to say all was well and there was a fault on his landline. We will sleep well tonight. Thank you GMP.

The live chat robots don't know the law and claim obstruction of the pavement is a matter for the council (it's an offence under the highways act ie a police matter). They refuse to deal with the bike drug mules riding the estates 24/7 with total impunity. They refused to collect the evidence when my bike was stolen and it was never reported as a crime. They refused to investigate when an off road bike drove into my car and then rode off. When I was violently attacked in a section 18 assault and had bones broken they had to be told 9 times over 23 days to collect the cctv which I collected otherwise it would have been lost. They claimed they had no leads despite being given a name. I could keep listing their total failures. They are utterly utterly useless. Abysmal.

Once again GMP has failed to protect a 78 year old woman from 4 counts of criminal damage, harassment and anti-social behaviour. I'm not sure why they ask for evidence that they don't even bother looking at, or why it takes weeks or even months to complete an absolute NON-investigation. A bunch of pathetic police impersonators robbing the public of good money and offering nothing but frustration and time wasting in return.

Text Message by DC Arfan at GMP "After a lengthy discussion with supervision, it has been decided that there is insufficient evidence to proceed with the case. I know this is not the outcome you desired, and the courts have already looked at this case and dropped the charges already and it has gone to tribunal and been rejected twice".

I have evidence the Employment Tribunal judge saying it was not in his remit to look at criminal actions. The ET ignored the criminal elements. The ET did a cover up too on the rest including saying it would cause their employees disturbance despite so much questioning outstanding. His face told the story on him selling his soul too. My reason for dismissal was tweaked with false. One employee gave you a police statement saying she was allocated a mentor on a course and I insisted I would help. Her false was supported by her employer by putting it on me that I contacted the University when it was them. Only for one to admit finally at the ET. But the liar and cheat as Other gave evidence he would have still dismissed me as a Perjurer too. It was just made up between them at the proceedings. The Judge showed his class for ignoring the amendment. The criminal charges were not dropped. You put me through 2 criminal trials for no reason including making me lose everything, the best years of my life, blocking my marriage, ill health and so much more from the position I was in. GMP allowed both criminal trials to go ahead due to malice and incompetence including getting Network Rail to overrule one of my acquittals under the judicial system. I submitted the incriminating evidence on GMP. You took less than 2 weeks to charge me based on so much Perjury in Police Statements.

To make yourselves available for picking up phone calls (I never got the same treatment) straight-away from employees who made fools of you and their employer who played you too. I would have done a far better job than many folk employed by GMP who have been involved on my case from inception on 26 April 2013.

Did all my hundreds of pages of evidence go to CPS? The Chief Executive of CPS had given us the nod in August 2021 before we wrote to the Chief Constable of GMP in November 2021. I made the claim of GMP allowed themselves to be duped.

GMP just haven't got a grip of what has gone on including all the bad by GMP themselves. I thought things would have changed hence the force came out of special measures. DC Berry had retrieved all papers from the 2 criminal trials. Yet at my meeting on 01 February at your offices, GMP had no idea and were going to attempt including saying for Data Protection reasons the information may not be available. You already had it! DC Berry went onto say it sounded like a grievance against NR and it was only his incompetence. Prior, to say out of time then giving him details former GMP Officer charged on rape as older. He opened up an investigation on perverting the course of justice against NR. I challenged him saying their should be Perjury and Wasting Police Time too. Also, malicious prosecution criminal claim against GMP. There was no response. Some other person ended up writing to NR for evidence. The process took months and emails show him just saying he had everything. The matter went dead and you came along saying "this is Cruel".

We shall be writing to Chief Constable Watson one last time and then if fails, a Private Prosecution against over a dozen employees of NR and GMP themselves including that Police Officer even if he has moved on from GMP.

The 2 highlights remain of one which he asked me with a dirty grin on his face "is it a conspiracy against you" and I said yes. The way he put the common assault allegation by saying "are you saying I am lying" and he bloody was, only then for getting the perjurer in the police statement to take it out herself 12 months later. Whilst finishing off my whole career in the railway industry as it was allowed to spread as the rest. GMP were complicit in significant reputational damage from high esteemed my reputation was as per factual evidence. I would never let him get away with it after how cocky he was stood inside my bedroom watching me get change when he came to arrest me on a Sunday morning. He was made a fool and then the GMP woman who had a got promotion out of it and played a part in blocking my marriage only because she just believed everything in police statements. The biggest highlight being she tried out sound a new possible victim, and that female not just did me over via perverting the course of justice too but your representative of GMP too who had sent a long email to NR. But both of these females got promotions out of it.

I trust the kitchen sink of factual evidence against NR and GMP is not misplaced or destroyed.

No progress in 2 years and 6 months. 2 years and 2 months just to see me in person!

Whatever you do. Don’t give the police cctv (clear as day footage), name, address, finger prints, basically don’t give bury police the full job done of the criminal, (the job done for them) For court. Because without explanation they will tell you they are not carrying on with the crime after 4 months

My life was threatened by my neighbour and I dialed 999 they promised someone would attend but later received a phone call saying that they won't. What a waste of space and I was left to suffer in fear as a result

Greater Manchester police are now being used as the personal tool of the conservative party to suppress the political rivals with nonsense claims.
Just like Durham police with the 2 fake investigations into Kier starmers perfectly legal curry. Giving false information is an offence under Section 13D of the Representation of the People Act 1983, but the legislation imposes a time limit of a year for bringing
any charge. So Greater Manchester police are investigating a nonsense crime and even if Angela Rayner had committed an offence it's time barred and unchargable! This is so clearly a political attack by a police force!
We are only a short step away from the police locking up political rivals like Russia. Disgusting.

Bolton and Bury Police could not have treated me better whilst in their custody, a real credit to GMP.

Unfortunately, there was a situation that occurred and Eccles Wolverine Police Station had to get involved. Not sure about every officer under this institution, but this interaction with some officers here made me believe that the GMP is not as respectable as it seems.

I never had anything bad to say about them until today and I do believe that this organisation has many employees who are disrespectful narcissists who have no empathy and definitely love to make up a whole narrative without any proof (even though they were handed SOLID proof by a victim). When someone who has no power is in the right, a police officer from here will be too prideful to let go of their delusions and apologise - and instead WILL remind you that you're just a mere civilian, and they can get you prosecuted for standing up for yourself. Not to mention when they lie, they don't want you to bring up any proof that will counter their fantasies, so they do everything they can to try and get you to stop speaking.

I am not the type of person to bring up racism casually, and these police officers shockingly did not try to hide their racial profiling. Also, they change their stances on things when it benefits them, so I doubt that justice will be served with most people.

No wonder people refuse to report anything to the police, you do not help us.

GMP, your policies do not align with your actions and your employees prove that. If you want to 'keep people safe', maybe look at who you're employing and see how awful they treat people because they know they have the upper hand. A lot of corruption occurs under your roof.

Clearly didn't read the report defining them as failing years ago, disgrace to read that these bullies are still intimidating victims as normal procedure. Read sky news story where mother is stripped naked and threatened that she better drop charges by a Sgt, I think sergeants need to wake up to the fact that they are poorly paid unsupported dogsbodies causing unrest and poor policing for victims. Every single crime needs IOPC involvement for every case in every force because theybwill have made mistakes and the purposeful mistakes need correcting, as a nation, let's get to the bottom of the pandemic of bullying in poor policing in 2024, shameful people, very similar to other forces in UK

Was in a bar in northern quarter, Manchester. Me and my friends were outside having a cigarette when 2 police officers approached us, they asked “have you lot seen a woman being abused” me and my friends replied no when our friend said “I just saw a fight up there” we hadn’t witnessed this when the officers both said “less work for us then”.

As a woman and a British citizen I feel very uncomfortable with this statement, my friend then explained what he saw and, what seemed like a strenuous task the officers then followed. I feel nervous that if me in that position the officers wouldn’t ask any futher questions, the officers only asked 3 people outside a bar. Ridiculous if you ask me.
