Their vitamins started to cause me panic attacks!!!! it started with just one nerve on my arm hurting turning to all of my muscles spasming and causing me hardness to breathe after one month!!! Now after 3 years later I still have symptoms and will have to take antidepressants for next year to balance out my brain hormones!!! Now i experience constant panic attacks, all over muscle pain, nerve pain and gastritis, vomiting, inability to eat anything.Worst customer service ever!!! I ordered from GNC on January 2..once they shipped my item they changed the delivery date 3 different times. My package was suppose to be delivered January 7. I received and email staying that my package was delivered ( January 6) at 1:05 p.m. I work from home and never seen the fedex truck come by. So I check around my apartment complex and it's no package. I call fedex and the lady got smart and told me to contact the shipper which is GNC. I proceeded to contact GNC and explain my situation and the rep told me that basically it's nothing they can do about my package either re-ship it or refund me my money. At this point I'm pissed because nobody is telling me where my package is. All he kept saying is I'm sorry ma'am over and over. And offered me 150 points which equals 5 dollars. What can you buy in GNC with that. I asked to speak with his supervisor and he tells me that it's nothing his supervisor can do and refused to get him. So I had to tell him that I'm a supervisor so I know he is lying. Two seconds later his supervisor is now available lol. His supervisor was very rude and wouldn't let me talk. He tried to tell me that the package is probably lost in transit. How is a package that says delivered lost in transit. So after going back and forth with him explaining that I want a refund and my package re-delievered. He started with the I'm sorry crap at this point I'm ready to reach thru the phone. I will never ever order or give GNC another one of my hard earned times. I hope the company goes bankrupt their customer service is the worst.

In 12/24/21 I purchased an online order . GNC charged split the payment into two. One payment posted other purchase of the total pending which brought my account overdraft and the wrong amount still pending. I called customer service and was treated so disrespectful. I explained that the pending charges needed adjusted due to partial payment has posted. Today 12/29/21 I still have the pending charges of the total amount and then they charges my account twice for the split payment and total payment . Now I have three charges from GNC. I have sent emails to the Customer service as they requested. They offer me 300 points which is not going to solve the extra charges. I waited for 53 min to speak with a supervisor. Iâve called my bank and was told that pending charge will post tomorrow. So Iâm that case, the two transactions that totaled my balance and the pending chargeâŠ. GNC will get both payments which means I was charged twice . Nothing was never resolved here and I will advise not to order anything from online. Iâve been dealing with this for two days and spoke with three representatives. One unhappy customer!

The pro boxes have tanked in quality over the past 2 years making them almost worthless, no fault of GNC but who ever ships their packages handles them too rough, I've gotten exploded cans, jars spilled out everywhere etc... while I like there products moving to almost fully online and closing half their stores has made getting your supplements 10x harder, and almost forces you to subscribe to reoccurring shipments, which sometimes won't ship on time and you're left with nothing but consistent money gone every month and no consistency in the supplements you get

I signed up AND PAID for their two boxes while I was in shop one day and was told that they will be shipped to me. Months go by and I havenât received anything and so I go back into the store and ask why I havenât ever received my first box. The guy told me that he must not have saved my address the first time so he needs my address again and assures me I will get it soon now. More months go by and so I call the store, a girl answers and I tell her whatâs been going on and she says âoh yeah Iâve had lots of complaints about that, I spoke to my manager and she said since we have boxes in store you can come get one, I have already done for 2 other people this week.â So I say great and go to get it the next day. When I get to this store, a man doesnât have any idea what I am talking about and tells me he canât do that. So I told him I spoke to a girl at this specific store yesterday about this. So he calls her and she tells him what the manger has told her and he says okay and hangs up. He then looks at me and goes âyeah that just doesnât sound right and Iâve been here a very long time, so Iâm going to call that managers manager and see what he thinks.â So I continue waiting while he calls and this manger doesnât authorize this transaction. So he looks at me and goes âyeah just as I thought you canât have a boxâ WHAT. So I tell him everything thatâs happened (WHICH IT HAS BEEN HIM THAT LAST TWO TIMES I HAVE COME IN HAVING ISSUES) and he goes âwell we arenât even doing this specific boxes anymore. I would just call corporate and speak to someone because I canât see anything about the status of your boxes on my end.â So I leave and call the number he gave me. I explain to the rep on the phone my situation and he puts me on hold to see what the issue has been. He gets back on the line and says âI can offer you 300 points for all this troubleâ I then asked what is 300 points worth? And he said $10 of any item. WHAT!!! When I paid for two boxes filled with items!?? I then had to go back and forth with him on how I donât want that and I a only taking Two boxes or a full refund. He then says he canât do either of those things. I finally get him to answer me when asking several times whose fault this is for me not getting my box and he said it was theirs and that he can see a box was never sent. I then asked to speak to a manager. He said oh I can have one call you back and I said no I want to speak to a superior right now. He then put me on hold. Once he got back on the line he said that he went ahead and approved me for the box. He then stated my first box would arrive in TWO WEEKS and then the second box would come around January. It has been EIGHT WEEKS since this conversation took place and STILL NO BOX!!! They are absolutely terrible and I will never spend another dime at GNC.

Iâll never order from GNC online again. Bunch of scam. Bought Isopure Infusion and a protein bottle on first week of August, 2021, paid almost 50$ Which it already took from my bank account and was received GNC acknowledge email. I never received the order number. Call one week and half later, saying that Iâll receive confirmation number with 24-48 hours yet 4 days, later, nothing. The week after that, I called and talked to a woman saying THAT MY ORDER WAS CONFIRMED which I was getting pissed off so I ask for a refund saying that I would receive my refund within 1-5 business day. Yet, a week later nothing, never received my money and for for that transaction went missing. Called them today an update on my refund status saying that I never got charged for it which my order I placed was only on hold, I clearly saw my bank was subtracted 48-49$ something if I could remembered, but why would the woman I called before this person I called today said I would get a refund back if this other person I called today saying I wasnât charge for it? Make no f******* sense. FXCC GNC.

Rude Associates
I went into a GNC store in the Bronx on White Plains Road in the Bronx.
I picked up a few items and went to the cashier to pay for them. The Associate rang up my items. I was going to pay with a debit card.
I asked the Associate what the total was for the items. The Associate was very rude and would not answer my question. I told him never mind. I left the items on the counter and left the store.
I have not been back since. I do not have to deal with rude Associates.

I subscribed to a service from GNC and due to covid my first package never arrived. A kind letter staying problems due to the virus would keep me from receiving my package but the next was sure to come.The first box had powder all inside from a damaged package but the box was undamaged. It was sent that way. Now it's time for renewal and I got hosed. I never got what I paid for and now they want more money. I received SOME of what I paid for but that is unacceptable to me. Now on my last box I got a letter inside stating I would get money off if I bought something. A coupon for another purchase is not what was offered.
