I was able to get what I needed without too much of a hassle. My only issue was how long it took to get a response it took over 5 minutes and I almost gave up. But when I did get a response I got exactly what I needed without any struggles.

I had the pleasure of getting Leonardo with Go Tickets on the phone to help me with my situation. I bought tickets and saved on my phone but I broke my phone and had to get a new one. I couldn't find my info for my upcoming concert!!! I'm 70 and not good at technology at all. He was very professional and calmed me down. I knew he was not going to leave me until I/we found my tickets. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and care he gave me.
