0 stars — absolute scam operation

We saw the bad reviews but still took a chance — big mistake. At the Punta Cana airport counter, they lured us in with a “cheap” rate. The moment we paid $100, the story changed: suddenly it was $70/day insurance or a $2,500 deposit, pushing the total up by another $350 for just 3 days.

On return, they slapped on an extra $100 “cleaning fee” out of nowhere. This place runs on pressure tactics — they know you’ve got a flight to catch and corner you into paying whatever they demand. Total bait-and-switch.

Staff at the counter were rude, unhelpful, and acted like this behavior is normal. No transparency, no professionalism — just a cash grab.

Avoid at all costs. Not worth the stress.

Website showed availability, but after booking I was told 4 hours later no cars were available. Not real-time inventory.

Pone "seguro todo incluido" y no incluye nada en realidad, una vez allí te dan una lista de todo lo que no incluye y te lo ofrecen por 9€ más por día. El seguro básico no incluye si te dan un golpe y no tienes un parte diciendo que no es tu culpa, no incluye el daño de ruedas ni cristales, tampoco el daño a las distintas "partes" del coche. A parte, los coches (cogimos 3) tienen poquísima potencia, a penas suben las cuestas de la ciudad. El marcador de depósito de uno de los coches está estropeado.
En general muy descontentos con el servicio, no especifican las condiciones exactas, es publicidad engañosa y tampoco te dan soluciones a los problemas que les consultan.
