I just ordered from this independent boutique, my items returned way faster than expected which i was shocked as i know they are a small independent company. They also sent me a free fan with my order :)!!

Will defiantly be ordering from these again.

I returned my item and I never received my refund I have been emailing and trying to dm on instagram and no response this has been on going. I am so disappointed, overwhelmed and now I have to take legal action because they never offered my refund or even responded to me yet more then happy to post to there instagram, I don’t recommend this brand to anyone

Customer service is terrible. I have emailed, DM on Instagram and filled out the contact us page on their website. No response!

3 days after my order arrived, their website closed for a one week break. So I haven’t been able to begin the returns process. I’ve contacted multiple times with no response.

They don’t offer returns on sale items, but don’t have much information about sizing on their website and ask you to email about sizing… but they never respond!!!

So happy with my purchase🤩 the fit on each item was great.
Really happy with my order and will definitely be purchasing from them again

Ordered/paid 25 May, no updates, chased on 1 June, email back on 3rd saying sent that day. Received 6 June. 1 of 2 items missing. Too late to send replacement as at concert on 7 June. Emailed query on 6 June, no response, just a refund processed on 10 June. Shame as the 1 item received was excellent.
