Tried to buy a coin package and it told me to get verified. Filled in my profile info and it says internal server error. Tried to reach someone to fix it. Haven't heard from them in weeks. Disappointing. They just suck

complete scam dont waste your time!! wont pay out. i have 150 dollars redeemable already played threw and wont let me cash out its been months.

Think this casino was abandoned and whomever keeps it up is just pocketing money. Not sure why this casino hasn’t been pulled. We will never get our redemptions sadly :(

Signed up the first of last year. Did one redemption without any issues. Initiated another redemption on 9/20/25. It is still pending and unpaid. Multiple emails sent to all the possible emails provided or found. No response from any! Avoid this casino, it apparently has turned into a complete scam casino. No way I’d trust them today.

Pending transaction since August of 2025. No response after about 25 messages. The automated email I got looks unfinushed bc the address says please fill in here.

I redeemed $100.00 3-4 weeks ago. Have never heard anything from them, so I emailed them not once but twice. Still have not received a response. Tried to contact them again today but it won't let me email them.

I’ve had a redemption pending since September that still hasn’t been paid. The transaction has been stuck as “in process” for months.

I’ve contacted support multiple times and have never received a response, and the other support options on the site don’t work. Very poor communication and unresolved payout issues.

I have tried to redeem my $150 but it says my KYC is opening and when I click on to redeem or verify it says “Your verification has failed! Please contact our support team”. I have emailed their support email at least 10 times and they will not respond. I have paid money to their website also.

My account was "self excluded" when I went to sign in recently. I never asked for that. I've emailed support three times but no luck.

These scam artists don't even respond to their own forced arbitration clause disputes, when they inevitably steal your money you will have to file in a small claims court.

Redeemed last year, radio silence. Then months later they randomly emailed me that they reformed their website or some nonsense. They processed my redemption. Eventually I submitted another redemption and it’s been radio silence for a month. This site should just be shut down.

I made a large purchase on this site 2months ago now and ending up LOSING a small amount of money. I went to redeem and they havent sent anything. They wont reply to any emails either. There are so many other legit casinos out there avoid this one at all costs

I recently won $1,500 on Golden Luck. Your app says I must make a $10 purchase before withdrawing. That’s fine — but your system refuses to process the payment and keeps giving Error Code 500, which blocks me from cashing out.
I’ve contacted support multiple times with no response.
Under California Business & Professions Code §17539.1, sweepstakes operators cannot block or delay a winner from receiving their prize using unreasonable restrictions.
Under California §17200, it’s illegal for a business to advertise winnings but then make prize redemption impossible due to technical failures or lack of support.
Right now, Golden Luck is preventing me from accessing the $1,500 I legally won.
I’m asking for immediate help resolving this before I file complaints with the California Attorney General, the FTC, and consumer protection sites.
Please respond and release my winnings. The system failure is not my responsibility — but honoring your payout is.

I Have A 100 Redemption And Was Told To Signup So I Could Receive The Funds I Completed Everything And Haven't Received Not One message From Support And I've tried all emails offered Sadly I See Why The Reviews Are Bad I Wouldn't Recommend depositing Money Until People Have Updated Reviews Saying They Have Received There redemption

Scam casino site. Stay away, look at the multitude of users commenting stating that they're not being paid out and receiving no responses from customer support.

It is mind boggling how Trustpilot defends this company by automatically "flagging reviews". I sent them evidence that the company pays for positive reviews, and Trustpilot took no action. They're effectively "shielding" a company they can very clearly see is not legitimate by deleting legitimate reviews.

I'll be filing a formal complaint with the governing bodies that overseas this platform
