My experience with GoldSilver.com has been outstanding. The buying process is straightforward and intuitive, and when I had a small issue, the support team stepped in immediately and resolved it quickly and professionally.
I’ve learned a tremendous amount about the monetary system and the history of money through Mike Maloney’s educational content, and I’m truly grateful for the value he provides. I wish him continued strength and success.

Customer Service: Overall I do like goldsilver.com. Goldsilver.com requested documents which we provided to transfer holdings from a corporate account to a personal account. Nobody responded at all. Nobody said anything was missing or needed correction and it never happened. Meanwhile we feel maybe there is a better way to transfer our holdings. However, some mistrust has been created. Do we get customer service or not? When we are ready again to transfer our holdings to personal property (and pay the taxes for capital gains) will Goldsilver.com help us doing it. What are our options? Do we have to sell it, transfer the money to our corporation, then take capital gains, and buy the gold and silver again. If I have to do that we might as well work with another company. Is goldsilver.com more concerned about covering themselves legally and not trusting their customers to do their own part not to violate any laws in regards to reporting capital gains and paying taxes. Yes, I appreciate they want to make sure nobody steals the assets, but after we sent the documents we didn't hear back from goldsilver.com. Can we trust you?

Being in Australia, it took about 6 days to receive funds from a recent sale. I realise there are banking processes, but that is still a long time!

Great service. Gives me confidence that an exchange of metals back for cash will be simple and straightforward

What a great company. I started with them in 2013 and have never had a negative experience. Mike Malony has taught me so much over the years on how to invest in Gold and Silver. Storage rates are great. Read his books, watch his videos on www hiddensecretsofmoney.com and get going before the monetary reset. :-)

The website is easy to use to purchase additional gold and silver units on an ongoing and repeated basis.

Any time I need to sell back gold and silver, the phone agents are helpful to me in placing my order.

I like the security and options my IRA provides. The one hang up I have is that, with my purchase, I qualified for the Insiders Club and now over six months later it's been crickets. I've not received a single Insiders Club communication.

Very comprehensive website and services. Extraordinary customer service, assigned an advisor regardless of the sum you invest which is wonderful. They are available and can expedite your request instead of waiting for the website to process everything.

After 13 years I decided to sell some PM but by then GS.com changed the rules and decided that my company account was not eligible to receive the amount due (after acceptingmonthly paymentswithout any issues). I had to go through a lengthy process to get my private account set up and had to work the support department who was not really helpful and friendly. Took about 4 weeks to receive my business investment in my private account. Big fan of Mike Maloney but this experience was frustrating.

Easy, efficient and reliable method to purchase precious metals

I've experienced only fast and professional service thus far. I've never had any issues ever, since 2020 when I joined. It is also a highly up-to-date financial educational company where learning about precious metals and developments is explained in layman's language.

The support I received from customer service was great. They answered my questions making it easier for settling up my account.

A young lady went the extra mile explaining why my attempt to purchase with a debit card wasn't successful and in the process enabled me to understand the system better. She then assisted me in setting up a direct link to my bank making future purchases more efficient.

I wanted to go through the selling process once so I could learn the process before the time comes that I actually need it. I had also set myself a marker to do a small silver to gold swap when the ratio hit 50:1. I found the process easy to follow, but I am really glad I went through it for the experience. I only wish an ACH deposit directly into my bank account was available (instead of a wire transfer which cost extra), since my gold purchase was with another bullion dealer. There was a learning curve to the whole process so this particular experience was very valuable.
