I purchased a golf umbrella online and it was delivered to an address in Victoria, I live in NSW. If it wasn't for the kindest of girl who received the item and phoned me, I would probably never be able to retrieve it. Anyhow, I contacted 'Derek' via text/email and the upshot is that the incorrect address was on the final invoice and I didn't check. I have dealt with Golfbox before. Yes, maybe I should have checked, but there was absolutely no assistance or help whatsoever from Golfbox. No suggestions or for them to contact Startrack and try and have it re-directed. Basically, my fault...end of story. How this random address even came onto the order I will never know. Golfbox has no person to person contact. They are obviously too big and not bothered about poor customer service. I will never purchase again, and take great pleasure in sharing my awful experience and warning others.

Defective Clubs, Refuse Returns
My club was damaged on opening the product, they attempted to blame the damage on me by stating I had damaged it while removing the plastic.... That was obviously not the case and very unprofessional. If there is anything wrong with your products, dispute the transaction with your bank as these morons are impossible to deal with.
Absolute Horrible Customer Service
I ordered a Shot Scope X5 from GB, which came with 16 tags, but I researched this and knew that Shotscope advertises GB carries the extra 4 tags to purchase, even has a link on their site.
However, that was a complete lie and only when I tried to order the extra tags did I find this out.
Obviously I wasn't happy as I needed a few more and without them, what's the point.
I challenged GB that I had purchased the watch only days ago and without the additional tags, didn't want the watch, could I please return. A guy in support named Aaron, he hates customers, he didnt want to help, he mocked me, refused to speak with ShotScope and made it generally a horrible experience. He ignored several requests to escalate the matter and point blank refused to even acknowledge that I had then pivoted to asking for a return on the item.
Nobody from Golfbox got back to me, they just thought it was too hard and so in the future, I won't shop here, I'll go somewhere else that actually likes their customers. Golfbox has gone from a great place to buy things to somewhere I expect to go out of business soon with employees and a culture like I witnessed. Gaslighting customers in 2024 is not on. Find a new job for that aggravated person.

I ordered a Mizuno stand bag. The price was great and the cheapest i could find anywhere. There was no issues with the order and i received it, safely packaged within a few days. Very happy with my experience.

I ordered a set of clubs for my wife using PayPal. Paypal made a mistake and the order was double placed. We presumed only one order was made. Golfbox sent us 2 emails the next day saying our order was being posted. I immediately contacted them to ensure there was only one order and they told me no that I had ordered it twice and they had sent it twice. They also informed me that it cannot be stopped as it has already left their warehouse. I simply do not believe that. The clubs took 10 days to arrive . I tried to initiate a return and Golfbox just said "send them back for a full refund" the first quote I got was $300 and although it can be done now for $120 it's too much. Golfbox were quick to reply but have offered me zero help and I would advise people not to use them.

There is no way to contact anyone, no phone no, the chat bot is useless and emails remain unanswered.
There is a suggestion on the website that there is a return process. In reality, you have to send them an email and that is were it ends.
I am a long time customer no more. Don't go there, they don't value your business.
Nightmare returns experience & customer service
Long time customer but not any longer. Nightmare experience trying to return a pair of shoes in exchange for the right size. Only partially refunded my money even when a more expensive set of shoes were ordered. They never call you back and there is no way to get hold of a real person at the store. My advice is only buy items here that you are 100% confident you will never have to return. Drummond Golf and other stores will match their prices and give you way better service from a real person.
