Avoid at all costs
I bought a Peugeot 208 from Good Motors in September 2024.
Shortly after, the engine warning light started blinking, the car went into limp mode, and I had to restart the car multiple times just to drive.
The car went into a garage in October, then Good Motors kept my car for almost a month between November and December to fix it, but the problem persisted until January, 2025, when I sent a formal complaint to them.
Good Motors insists the fault âwasnât there at saleâ and now demands £1,700 in repairs.
Their customer support is appalling.
Avoid this dealership at all costs!!

Definitely a no pressure deal. Couldn't fault the process, From initial phone call to arrange the viewing and test drive, to final purchase and collection. Dealt with Shaqeel for all parts of this process. Totally hassle free. I've left it a week before the review to ensure I had no issues. Took the car for a test drive with no pressure after it. Done the deal in a no pressure environment with open discussions regarding the car. Great communication throughout and basically can not but sing the praises of this garage enough. I'd have no hesitation of using these guys again.

Staff very helpful and informative, was able to easily take the car for a test drive (and without having to pay a deposit to do so which was the attitude of the previous garage we had visited.) We were offered a fair price in part exchange for our car. All staff were helpful and courteous, refreshing really! We bought a Kia and it was immaculate when we collected. Missing a parcel shelf and they ordered a new one to be sent to us. Great service.
