Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate how frustrating it must have been to repeatedly provide the requested information, only to be advised that the tent would need to be returned to store for assessment.

We understand that a two-hour round trip is a significant inconvenience, particularly when you've already spent time chasing updates and supplying photos of the fault. This is not the level of service we aim to provide, and we're sorry for the disappointment caused.
