Aaron was enthusiastic, professional, and extremely helpful.
He diagnosed the problem which although it couldn't be rectified at the time was helpful, and then delivered the vehicle safely to my home. Many thanks Aaron.

As expected The AA delivered exceptional service on time with minimal delay. Jason was polite & professional and ensured the car was fixed by accompanying me to the local dealerships. A very positive experience

Shocking service from the AA. I appreciate I have a modern EV so maybe they are still learning how to cope with them, however my main complaint is about the lies and seriously poor customer service. The first mechanic had clearly never worked on an electric car and caused multiple additional issues, he also wrongly advised we would need specialist recovery yet in the end a normal recovery truck took it away. So I wasted 26 hours and was never apologised to until I pointed out a simple we are sorry would do, also they lied and tried to say the recovery was with me when they weren’t and I had to push my car in the rain to get it recovered again no thanks for the help only avoidance and no commitment from them. I am lucky that I have RAC cover for my other cars and I have to say they are so much better. It’s a shame that the one time I use the AA they are so bad.

Rang the AA and 10 minutes later Talha the technician was at my door.Super friendly and diagnosed my problem in moments...5 mins later it was sorted....excellent service.

We had to call the AA today as our vehicle would not start at all. It was showing all error messages. We rang at 16.05 the engineer was there in 20 mins. He diagnosed a weak battery which was a massive relief. We would like praise Frank for his superb service, compassion and empathy to our situation. He gave great advice and was really please with how we were treated. Many thanks Tina. Mr J Irons

Keiron Collier was the AA breakdown specialist who came out and identified the ABS sensor was faulty.
He found a car part firm in Gillingham Dorset which had a replacement sensor in stock, he fitted in and all was well. I was most impressed with his efficient and polite service. I felt he went over and above the service I expected. THANK YOU TO KEIRON.

Chris was quick to respond. 10 minutes or so. He kindly and professionally sorted me out with a faulty battery: he explained the problem clearly . He jump-started my car and i was able to start the car and make my 60 miles journey to my home Toyota to replace the battery under garantie. On top of that , he helped me with my satnav : I am most impressed with his service and help.
