GO Outdoors - Basingstoke レビュー 

This wasn't my first choice place to go to get my daughter's riding outfit. It was close so my daughter and I went to have a look.
I am so pleased we did as I managed to get everything we needed and we had a young lady assistant Sian who walked us through everything and spent the time with us it was really first class service.
Sian done her hat fitting and talked about all the hats we literally picked a colour and Sian did the rest. Sian spoke and showed us exactly how the fitment worked, so my daughter and I know how to fit the hat on her first lesson.
Sian showed us all the difference riding boots and the different stiles and fitment and what boots were for what event as I am as green as grass with all of this the whole service was fantastic and I believe my first choice place to go wouldn't have given this one to one service we received. Sian was extremely knowledgeable about the whole I suppose horse riding world as I have mentioned earlier I do not have any idea, I am as green as grass with this, it's all new to myself and my daughter I feel extremely lucky to have gone there, the pricing was fantastic again I believe we wouldn't have received the level of service we did and for the price we paid anywhere locally to me.

Poor delivery on click and collect. 3 to 5 days I was told. Its 20 days and its still not ready

Ordered and paid for a set of caravan steps. They had two pairs in stock. One ready for collection was damaged, the other one on the shelf was also damaged…. Shop response was they don’t come boxed so that’s why they’re damaged. Given no checks were made prior to collection I assume they thought I would not notice the damage. In fact when the assistant retrieved the other set from the shelf he said they were perfect until I pointed out the damage. ‘Oh yes! So they are’ he said.
So I had driven 15mins round trip for nothing and they have my money until the refund arrives. Guess who I won’t be using again!

Lynda on Footwear was really helpful and could not of done more to help. Great store now with loads of selection and choices. Will definitely be going back. Highly recommend.

It's been 20 years since I was last camping properly and in the market for a tent and various other gear... I was advised to go to the Basingstoke branch as it was large and had a lot of the tents set up ..

That was indeed true - a massive store with everything well laid out and easy to see - particularly useful for some of the larger tents as got an idea how it all worked in the flesh

What I didn't factor in was just how good the staff were.

Anya showed us round everything - and took so much time to explaina everything - talks us through the options and answer our most basic questions.

She really was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond in terms of customer service.

it a great shop with a huge amount of gear on sale - and well displayed. But it was the knowedge and time given by the staff that made the store really stand out.

Ordered two days later at my door great service

Looking to buy our first tent we went to Go Basingstoke. An excellent store. Greeted at the entrance, we asked for directions to the camping area. Stan in camping was hugely helpful, knowledgeable and skilled at understanding our needs. He explained the different tents and equipment and the pros and cons. This is the BEST camping store for miles around. Huge thanks to the team, especially Stan.

We went to the Basingstoke store to look at bikes for my 8 yr old daughter. Purchased a Wild 24 which is just fantastic. Lite, lever gears and looks great. We were served by Terry. Wow, what a great service. Helpful, knowledgeable, patient and totally engaged in helping me to ensure the bike was right for my daughter. A big thank you Terry.

Wonderful service by Nuriye. Very well informed, charming, helpful and a delight to be assisted and guided by her through both the men’s clothing and ladies clothing.

Went to the Basingstoke store to buy some fishing equipment I was served by Aaron who was very helpful and gave good service

Great store, and Lynda in footwear was extremely helpful... Couldn't do enough, and very friendly.

Carol went above and beyond for us when we had an issue with some water bottles and replacement straws. She did not have to help us in the way that she did, but we were truly incredibly lucky and grateful for Carol's generosity and helpfulness. We were already frequent customers of Go Outdoors however this interaction will most certainly keep us coming back and compelled me to write a review. Thank you Carol, from the bottom of our hearts. We have two very happy little girls thanks to you.

Brilliant experience at Go outdoors Basingstoke today. Due to the friendly knowledgeable help of both Lynda and Nu. Their help today was invaluable in selecting the right footwear and clothing for our forthcoming holiday.

Sophie gave the most incredible service in the Naylors section when trying to source the best riding boots for my son. She was incredibly patient, personable and knowledgable. She is a real asset to the store.

Excellent shop in ideal location. Plenty of parking. Great choice of clothing. Staff all so friendly.

Had a great visit on Saturday! Was served by Aaron Mills in the fishing section, and he gave super helpful advice about the products. Went above and beyond to help us with efficient and friendly service. Fantastic knowledge and attitude- a real credit to the team. Thank you Aaron!

I went into store to purchase a bike. I knew which one I wanted before visiting. I thought I'd need a medium frame bike but actually it was a large frame I needed. Now if I'd gone in and a youngster was serving I would of probably come away with the wrong size bike. But thanks to Terry who runs the bike department. I had the best advice and help. Terry was professional whilst also being friendly and so full of great advice and tips. I came away feeling like a valued customer and more importantly I came away with the right bike!! So if your looking for a bike at Go Outdoors then I'd go to the Basingstoke store and ask for Terry. He's an avid bike rider so knows his stuff. So you will always come away with the right bike for you.

Sian was so helpful, we needed some advice on the Yeti ice packs and she was amazing so 5 stars to Sian and thank you.
