Tyrell was absolutely brilliant
Tyrell was absolutely brilliant, knowledgeable, and approachable and really listened to what I was looking for in order to give the best general advice on trainer brands in relation to specific requirements. The shop happened to have exactly the right thing for me so I purchased, but Tyrell's advice was the invaluable thing about the experience.

I mainly use the fishing section
I mainly use the fishing section, but the camping section does provide some crossover.
Do not always find what I am looking for on impromptu store visits, but click and collect gives a good indication and is reliable backup.

At least 4 members of staff saw me (so no need to “seek out” a member of staff) at the Evri collection stand - and no one acknowledged me or came to assist.
Install some sort of doorbell/hailing system to call a staff member when not crewed.
