Went in for a browse with the summer months approaching,member of staff dealt with my questions with patience and politeness.
Will be making some purchases in the next few days

Excellent service, staff treat me very well and with respect.

Reserved to fleece tops to pick up from store. No eye contact from male assistant. He asked whether I needed a bag, which I didn’t. Made no attempt to fold the garments or hand the garments to me. When I got home realised there was a security tag in one top. Did not alarm when I left the shop. It now means I need to make a return trip to have the tag removed. Disappointing customer service.

Find Go Outdoors sell good equipment, most at reasonable prices. Been using them for five or six years for camping gear and don't regret an instance. They're very helpful, with no difficulties when I had to return goods.
Their Click and Collect service works fine - prompt service.
Been waiting more than a week for another company to get in touch about a gas cylinder- not even an email.

Was looking for a warm hat as the cold was hurting my ears. Went into Go Outdoors was helped by Sarah found a cosy warm hat that covers my aching ears great service

Warmly welcomed by staff in store..Quick click n collect service. Followed up by a follow up/unpexpected sale due to good member in store prices, with good customer service from Sarah.

Visited Go Outdoors in Carlisle today with my daughter. Found the jacket she wanted for her birthday and the staff member who served us Gav was extremely helpful and efficient. Very impressed.
