Many thanks indeed to Steve, Paul and Tracey for their attentive service, shoe fitting advice, patience and offering to show me different options for size EU45 to give me a range of choices. I went away with shoes that fit well (my "holy grail") at a good price.

Great experience shopping in this store and some great advice and knowledge of the products by kiera the staff member who helped me she couldn't have done more! This is my go to outdoor shop in Chester.

The members of staff Paul and Tracy were excellent, they helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even put the jacket in my size aside so I could come back the next day to buy it. The members discount saved me well over £100. I'm really happy with my purchase and have already recommended Go Outdoors to a friend.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Tracey went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for in the right size, running around the store and up and down to the stock room, so eager to help. Lovely store with everything you need for an outdoor lifestyle. Would highly recommend and will definitely visit again next time in Chester.

We were served by Steve C in Go Outdoors on 29/11/24. What great service we received especially as it was really busy. Nothing was too much trouble, he was polite and friendly to all

the shop assistant was brilliant ( upstairs Chester store ) I needed some walking boots - he gave me great advice - even taught me how to tie the laces properly !! i bought some wax protection too - as he advised me how to care for my boots. I'm a novice to all this & his advice & knowledge made me feel in safe hands. He told me where the branches of G. O. are nearest my home in N Wales & I will def be shopping there in the future ! One very satisfied customer !

Went to buy some walking boots and asked the advice of Steve C in the mens boot section. He guided me to the best boot for my purpose and gave sound advice which made me feel very confident I had made the tight choice. Great service and advice!!

Tracey's help in the Chester store enabled me to leave with a waterproof jacket entirely to my liking. This followed a similarly good experience for my wife in Shrewsbury a few weeks prior.

The staff member who served me made the experience really outstanding. He searched the system to check if my membership was valid or expired, nothing was too much trouble. He took time with me and did not rush me in any way explaining the benefits of membership explaining that the garment I purchased which should have cost £50 without membership would cost £35 which included the £5 for membership. The garment was just what I was looking for and a like for like fluffy ladies jacket would have cost me £49.99 at Sketchers and that one did not have a hood. I really was pleasantly surprised that service like this exists in this day and age. Thank you.
