GO Outdoors - Chester (Express) レビュー 

I had to return a sleeping bag we’d purchased online for our son’s DofE Silver expedition, and was desperate to get a better one before he left the next day. I hadn’t realised this store closed at 17:30 not 18:00, and arrived flustered at 17:34. But not only did they stay open for me, Paul walked me through all the options, sorted out our DofE and Go Outdoors discount, £30 which the website had failed to apply, helped me with the new bag purchase and got us refunded! Amazing and friendly service from Paul! Many thanks, the gear was great for the hike.

Came in for some advise on a small daypack with hip belt, Paul was a great help helping me choose what I needed and very knowledgable.

I was 2/3 the way around my walk around Wales of 1047 miles. My walking shoes were starting to come apart and I needed to change them.
As i was a Go outdoors card holder the store was my first Port of call to look at new walking shoes.
I had spoken briefly to Ashton L the previous day before purchasing my new walking shoes.
I went back today and he was very helpful and patient with me and carried approx 9 boxes of shoes from the storeroom for me to try.
I was very happy with my purchase and Ashton L was very professional towards me.

wanted a new rucksack, been online browsing and decided to try gooutdoors, great range, got a oex vallo rucksack 36l, great size albeit bigger than i wanted but the smaller would have been a tight squeeze, friendly staff and Rebecca, helped with picking it and helped me sign up for the benefits, good service in all

My daughter and I spent some while in Go Outdoors Chester branch. We are visitors and alas both experiencing foot problems. Steve was very helpful and attentive to our needs.

When I came into store on Saturday I was greeted with a lovely smile.
I was looking for items for my little girl. Abi’s knowledge was second to none. I did spend more than I wanted but was worth every penny for the customer service I received. Abi is a credit to your store and I will be letting my friends and family know to come into the store too.

I visited GO Outdoors Chester (Express) on Sunday looking for a new pair of walking boots ahead of my upcoming trip to the Lake District, and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

Abi was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. She took the time to understand what I needed, asked all the right questions about the type of walking I’d be doing, and helped me narrow down the options without ever making me feel rushed. Her knowledge of the different boots, fits, and features was excellent, and she made what could have been an overwhelming choice really easy.

Thanks to Abi’s patience and advice, I left with a pair of boots that fit perfectly and give me confidence they’ll be ideal for tackling the fells and trails in the Lakes. It’s rare these days to receive such friendly, genuine, and knowledgeable customer service.

My wife went into the Chester store on Friday to buy a pair of walking shoes. She has problems with a feet - bunions and arthritis - so wanted a wide, comfortable fit. The service was first class. She was given really sound advice and shown a variety of walking shoes. She is delighted with her choice.
The salesman - Steve - was patient and kind and incredibly helpful.

Tracey and Paul were exceptionally helpful and very good humoured. Made shopping a pleasure for a change.

Much more accessible than the store on the industrial estate. The service is excellent and you can order online and pickup here. Steve C is very knowledgeable, friendly and always helpful.
